I am applying for the Office Secretary.
How often do you log onto the server?:
I log onto the server every single day. I am mostly unoccupied throughout my day, which means my spare time is predominantly spent on the server.
Do you have discord?:
Yes, I do in fact have discord. If you wish to contact me, I am aulliver#6666.
Do you have a microphone?:
Yes, I do have a microphone. I am comfortable with speaking in front of anybody.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
Yes, I have in fact been banned. In the following are my appeals:
Ban Appeal 1 - For ERP. I later on used an ALT to bypass my ban. [ACCEPTED]
My first 4 days on the server, I didn't realize it was against the rules. I have only ever used /it fades to black in a situation like it ever since, and have learnt from this mistake. I have never repeated these actions, and will never repeat them in the future. I then immaturely used an alt, to bypass my ban. I regret my actions, and will not repeat them.
Ban Appeal 2 - For allegedly 'disgusting acts on the server'. [ACCEPTED]
I was teleported to another area of the server by Ducks, along with 3 other people. We were told that we had been doing disgusting acts on the server, at which I was in great confusion of. Ever since my ban, I had done nothing to do with ERP or anything around it, unless it was fading to black. As soon as it was read, I was immediately unbanned, which was fair due to the fact that I had done nothing wrong, and so where my peers.
Can you ensure that you will often come on?:
That is one thing I can strongly assure you. I will be online regularly and frequently.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes, I do recognize that my IC actions may end up in me being fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The Office Secretary is crucial to the foundations in running a school. They are the people that maintain the administrative issues and/or details that run the entire school. It is their job to be relied on by others to keep data private from their peers, and be the overall handler of the schools communication, whether it be to other schools or simply phone calls home.
They are also simply needed in a school facility to be the smiling face that new, and old, students, teachers or visitors see when they first step into the High-school. It is important to show the school off in a positive manner to whoever may come in, and having a positive Office Secretary who knows the school like the back of their hand is primarily the determining factor on the schools reputation to the rest of the town.
There is also the job that any member of staff must follow through, and that is punishing bad behavior and rewarding good behavior if it is viewed. Although the Office Secretary is not obliged to do this, that should not stop them from potentially making someone feel better about themselves, or ending a fight. It is in the staff members eyes to prevent any harm from being taken upon the pupils in the school that they work within.
Finally, the Office Secretary would have to deal with information logging as well. They keep all of the past and present records regarding the students welfare, contacts to relatives and grades. It is important to keep these all confidential to everybody (unless a member of Karakura staff that is trusted asks to view some data, and has a liable reason too).
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
On another server, I have past roleplay experience as a Head Master. However, in SchoolRP terms, I have no 'past experience' working as a staff member within the school. This would be new to me! As a result of this, I am open to criticism if my work does not meet the expectations.

Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
My job as an Office Secretary would be:
- Answer phone calls from whoever would like information/to phone in an absence from school;
- Keep track of all students data, and keep everything confidential;
- Be a positive and well-mannered face to any visitors, or anyone at all for that matter, that enters the school.
Situations.
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
To begin with, I would definitely warn the student that language of that context is not appropriate on any level on school grounds. I would then alert a member of staff afterwards that a student had been disrespecting myself, and then would follow through with a punishment if it is needed. (Depending on the situation).
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I believe this to be a rare occasion, and so I would do everything I can to carry out this job safely and accurately. If my characters life was to ever be in danger, him being a daredevil, would not effect him.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would warn this staff member that there precarious actions may have consequences, and that it not in a good nature to do what they are doing. I would also alert them that, especially, how they would react if they where to see a pupil doing the same thing they where doing. Of course, they would punish the pupil. In conclusion, don't carry on with what you are doing or you may face being fired.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
My motivation for working with the YHS is to support the school in it's data, administration and overall handling most jobs that I may have to carry out. To add to this, I have always enjoyed working around children, and do believe that one day I may sign up to be a teacher! However, this job suits my needs perfectly for the present time, and so my motivation levels are at a constant high.
I also can assure you that I will become a very optimistic colleague to work with, and that I will become memorable to the workers and students as a positive man.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I should be accepted over other applicants purely because I believe I have the charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent to be a part of this job. I have amazing cognitive abilities, and will never fail to let any of my colleagues down. As a man of my word, my plans consist of being loyal and fair to everyone I may encounter in this job.
Finally, I believe I should be accepted over other applicants due to the fact that my motivation is so incredibly high to work for this job. As I have covered previously, I adore working around children and/or young adults, and supporting them as they grow into adult hood, and also that I have natural technical fingers and data handling skills.
