Why do you want to own a shop?:
I want to own this shop because I would like to see the business and economy side of SRP. I already have seen it as a student and employee, so I would like to see how it is as a Shop Owner. I can also make sure that people are getting what they wanted at the register and making sure that everyone is getting what they asked for. Next, I can make sure that if staff are doing something wrong, I can take care of it as the Shop Owner and take my duties into actions. I want the responsibility to run a shop and to make sure I have the right staff and the right business and I have experience in the business community because I know how to handle money and run a store from my past jobs at retail.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I plants have a perfect business and have active employees. I also plan to make sure that the shop is open atleast 5/7 days of the week. I want to make sure everyone has a experience they can share with everyone meaning that if they have a good one. I also want to make sure that my company has enough to money so we can restock and I won't spend a lot of money anymore because I will most likely need money to restock on things. Also, I want to make sure that we have many different things for people so they can get what they would needed.
How will your shop be unique?:
It will be unique because I hire workers and make sure that customers are getting the things that they want to get. Also it will be unique because everyone will be served always and everyone is welcome into 11/7 and if someone needs something, my staff will be happy to help. I will have mature an respectful employees that will help anyone with what they needed. I will also have a weekly discount. Which means, every Wednesday afternoon, we will have a 20% discount towards our customers.
How many employees are u planning to have:
I will have atleast 10-15 employees to help the shop be active.
Cashier: I am planning to have 6 active and respectful cashiers who will serve our customers the right.
Security: i am planning to have 3 security's to guard the shop 24/7 and also the escort customers that are being very rude or that would not listen.
Owner: there will only be one owner ( that would be me ) to restock, pay employees and keep this shops active as mush as I can.
Co-Owner: I will have tow Co-Owners max and they have the power and permission to help me run this shop and to make sure everything is going smooth.
Manager: I will only have maybe 2 managers max, the manager will work wil the Co-Owners and also me to run the shop smoothly. But they won't have access to open the shop whenever they want.
