Describe your activity on the server:
I would consider myself an active player on the weekdays, I am on the server for usually at least 5 hours and on weekends im on for at least 7 hours and due to it now being the start of my summer these hours may begin to rise. Most of the time I am normally on my main account as I don't have much to do on my alt but with the role I would become more active as I would have something to spend my time doing. While online I normally roleplay with others and take part in events that take place along with creating things like lore situations for my characters rather this be crime related or just normal lore. I am also a part of the high school swim team on my main account in which I try to take part in all the trainings and events that I possibly can. However when I am not doing something with the swim team or roleplaying in general, I find myself with a lot of free time which ranges from around 3-4 hours where I do nothing other than run around trying to find something to do.

What is your motivation for applying?:
One of my main motivations for applying for this faction is that I want to take part within a faction and gain the experience of being in one. Along with this, I have been wanting to find something to do within my free time within Srp as most of the time I find myself running in circles and I believe that dedicating my time to a faction would be a good way to get rid of the free time I have but also it would be a fun experience for me overall and would be something that I can spend my time doing while on the server. Another motivation that I have for applying is that I would like to develop a new character based around something that is not crime or school allowing me to develop a more mature character and have a new experience overall within Srp. My final motivation for joining the faction is that I would like to contribute and have more of a role within the server and help others better their experience within roleplay.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
I have a really good understanding of the laws of Karakura and a decent understanding of the constitutional rights. I try to read these at least once a week to keep them remembered.
Are there any goals for you or your character with this role?:
Ooc: My first goal within this faction is gaining more experience within my roleplay and overall just improving upon it allowing me and other players to have better interactions and fun while interacting. Another goal I would have is to get involved with as many things as possible so that I have more fun on the server as at the moment I don't have much to do while on the server as I am currently not part of the faction. This means that if I join the faction I will be able to have more to do within the server and spend a lot less time on the server bored as I would have something to do. My final goal is to have more of a place within the server and take part within more things on the server as well as making new friends and socialising more with new people.
IC: My character has a few goals while being a part of the government faction. His first one being that he just wants to help out more within Karakura rather this be by helping out the general public or those he works with overall achieving a better environment for others and himself. Another goal that my character has is to meet more people and socialize more as currently he is a quiet character who doesn't have much interaction with others and wants to make more friends and socialize more with others though not being very social he wants to take the stuff he learned in class to a working environment and use the skills and achieve the best he can overall and just push himself out of his comfort zone. His final goal is to be dedicated to the job and do the most he can for those working there and doing the most he can while working on the job to make it easier for those and himself working.
In your own words, describe what the position you’re applying for does within the government:
To my current knowledge, Governors do a lot within the government faction the first thing they do and are most know for is handing out ID's to the public like the other members of the faction. Along with this, they also document notes of a trial or court case that is taking place allowing it to be stored and then looked over later. The other thing that governors can do is officiate marriages for members of the public allowing people to be officially married to one and other. They also officiate businesses allowing the business to start up and not be seen as an illegal business to the police or the government. Another thing that the governors do within this position is be an inspector of the other factions making sure that they are running smoothly along with making sure that they follow the laws. Finally the last thing that I know governors do are speeches to members of the public allowing them to know what is going on within the government and the town in general allowing the public the awareness of what is going on within Karakura.

"At the age of 24, I began working due to me being kicked out of my parents house as they wanted me to make my own in the world and earn my own living. I started off with a grocery store within my home town of Shibuya. I spent most of my time stocking shelves and working the counter, however I was not planning to spend much time here and began to save my money and move to Karakura. However this was not the case and I ended up spending 3 years working the job, where I gained a higher up position and had to take charge of a department. This is where I gained a few of my working skills. After this I hopped around jobs for 2 years trying to find a job that suited me however I did not find one. Though while working these jobs I gained lots of experience like public speaking, working in a team and even more skills."

"While I was in college, I studied law and criminology as subjects. During law and criminology classes, I had to take part in public speeches along with some trial court cases to test my knowledge along with gaining experience of what it is like while being actually a part of a case. I did this multiple times and rather tried the governor or the lawyer role. In criminology class I learned more of the criminal side to the government which overall gives me more understanding of what goes on within the government and gives me a greater understanding of criminal laws."
"Other than school, I learned some vital skills that would be useful within the political world while working my other jobs. The first one of these would be communication as I learned this from working all the jobs I have worked and learned how to get a good point across. What makes you a good candidate for this job?
"I would make a good candidate for the job as firstly, I have had experience with things that you are required to do within this job. This would be things like publicly speaking that I have gained as a skill through college but also from my previous jobs. Also because I have worked a previous job I have the experience of working in a job previously meaning I know the environment of one and what is like working within a team. Along with this I was educated for the job as I did things in class like mock trials along with doing criminology that helps me know more about the crime side in the government. I also would also do my best while on the job trying to achieve the most I can for myself and my colleagues making the workplace more stress free along with me doing the best I can while on the job. This would link in with my motivation and how motivated I am to get the job as I would personally be able to achieve my own goals and make myself a living along with achieving the most I can while working."
