My activity on this server depends on my OOC life. I am largely on in late afternoon/early evening. On weekdays. And on weekends, depending on my schedule for those days, I am normally on almost all day.
Again, I would like to repeat myself. My time in game is largely based around my OOC life. However, I will do my best to be online as much as possible.

No, I have not been banned on SRP. Nor do I plan on doing anything idiotic to get myself banned.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:

The role of “Caretaker” is quite a challenging role. Most often, the caretaker is given the most grueling tasks. It requires a set of many complex skills that may be hard to accomplish without the effort and perseverance. There are many tasks that the caretaker has to take on. A few of those consist of; Cleaning up after others, taking care of local students, monitoring activities in the hallways, making sure students are kind and respectful and a numerous amount more. The caretaker is also recommended to have a sort of patience, as there will be disrespectful and rude students. If the caretaker is lacking in being patient with others. Then the role of caretaker might be a challenging role. I feel like as a caretaker, you should be a genuine kind individual, so that the students can feel comfortable and safe around the school environment. It is the caretaker's job to keep everyone as safe as possible.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:

I have a great sum of experience in the roleplay category. I have been roleplaying for years now on various different servers. One of which being, “Creative Fun”. Not only is this server nostalgic for me, I have spent many hours on this server roleplaying in different situations such as; HS RPs, camping RPs, VvH RPs, fantasy RPs, and it has been so much fun! And as I have started to roleplay on SRP I have begun to develop that same love for roleplaying as I did back in Creative Fun. Throughout my experience on SRP I have learned and grown so much in roleplaying. As I have begun to understand the concept of detail RP and the many different forms of RP that SRP has to provide.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:

I want to join the School Employee Faction because, not only have I been recommended to join by school faculty, I feel like I can bring a positive and uplifting spirit to not only the students, but the Faculty as well! I have always enjoyed experiencing new things in different environments. I feel like this opportunity will be amazing so I can learn to interact with new kinds of people. I have a strong and genuine desire to make a positive contribution to the school staff. And I would greatly value the role of caretaker.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

Oliver is generally a kindhearted individual, however in the case of a student being disrespectful, he would treat the situation with a serious tone. What once was a beaming and smiling face would soon turn into a firm and serious tone. He would escort the student to a less public environment, in order to prevent potential tension among the students and faculty. As soon as an undisturbed domain has been achieved, he will then begin to reprimand the student. In a calm and collective tone. He would try his best to stay open minded to the students situation, and attempt to find some common ground so then the student feels comfortable to communicate their reasoning for the sudden outburst. However if they are unable to be compliant, he will normally show very little sympathy and he will be sent to higher authority for further discipline.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:

He would approach the pair in a sturdy, powerful manner, stomping his feet to show he means business. He would forcefully separate the two. As this is a difficult situation to be in, his first goal is to deescalate the situation. He would begin by taking a deep breath, so that he, himself can be calm for any other outbursts that may come. As he would with a disrespectful student, he would take the students to a separate place and question them. He would ask them a few questions, such as; their reasoning, if anyone got hurt and what they were gonna do to apologize. After gaining and understanding the situation, he would send the students to detention. However if the situation is serious enough, he would contact parental/guardian figures and inform them on the circumstances.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:

Oliver would muster up the courage to go talk to the employee as equals. He acknowledges that there may be other reasoning for these inappropriate actions. He would sit next to his co-worker and begin questioning their decisions. He has a desire to understand the story, so that he can evaluate it and figure out how to treat it. If the employee is resistant, he will contact higher authority and inform them on the situation at hand. If there is an absence in higher authority, he will take on the issue, and communicate with the employee and help them recognize their mistake. Afterwards he would give his fellow co-worker a firm handshake and remind them to never act upon those behaviors EVER again.



When in the employee break room, how does your character act?

Oliver, although he is usually a positive and extroverted individual, his mental/social battery can be drained after tough circumstances. He would spend most of his break time sitting around, and staring at the wall with a mundane face. He would fidget with a pair of keys he normally kept in his left pocket and often thought, “The Employee lounge is simply the best place to be” As he repeats this phrase in his he would slowly fall asleep, falling away from reality. As he rarely gets much sleep, his fatigue is usually in a great multitude. And whenever given the chance, he would pass out into dreamland. Alas, break time doesn’t last long, so as the passing period comes to a close, he drags himself out of the chair and slowly walks towards the door. Still, with a drowsy and mundane expression. He would glance back at the amazing view of the employee lounge and smile. He would think to himself, “I love you” and wander off into the hall.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

1. /me placed the mop of the floor of the spacious cafeteria. He began to take the mop by the handle and shift it left to right. He let out a big sight, showing his disgust in the manner of which the students treat the school. He spends most of his days cleaning up after the students. Afterall he did signup for this job. Although this was quite the mundane task he found joy in knowing he was keeping the school clean. He often finds enjoyment in the most simple tasks. So he continued to mop the floor, shifting the mop left to right. But the frown that he first had when he plopped the mop on the ground soon turned to a smile. He enjoyed being the caretaker.

2. /me Skipped around the hallways glancing briefly at his surroundings. This joyful body movement soon came to an end as he noticed a shy looking student sitting alone beside the cold lockers. He approached the young student seeming to be in the 9th grade, and put a smile on his face. He politely asked the student, "Hey! how's it going?" however the kid gave no response. he sat down next to the boy, seeming stuck in his own thoughts. He soon came to realize that this boy doesn't need someone to talk to. He just simple needs someone in his presence. So the two sat there in silence, but yet the silence seemed to be loud. A nice kind of loud. And the two just smiled.

3. /me walked around the school, monitoring the students and making sure they are getting to class. He soon approached a young couple holding hands, fast asleep. he gave a gentle smile at the couple, "ah, young love" snapping out he leaned him and nudged the couple. "hey hey hey! Sorry to wake you up, but it's 3rd period. Time to get to class" He pointed at his watch, he noticed that the couple seemed confused and dazed. He repeated himself, "It's time for class" he said in a smooth and kind tone. he watched as the two sat up and slowly walked into the school, still clinging on to each other. He gave a warmhearted smile. "So cute" he admired the two, and then went back to monitoring the school grounds.

Backstory
Oliver Munakata-Frisbie grew up in Alberta Canada, he lived in a small cabin near Waterton lake with his mom, Brittany Frisbie and his dad, Isaac Frisbie. They grew up in a small Christian organization known as, "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints" aka, "Mormonism" One day his dad received a job opportunity in Taiwan, this resulted in lots of arguments between the married couple. His mom wanted to stay in the nice cabin, spending the rest of their days in serenity. However his dad had bigger and better plans. So after months of bickering the two decided to split up. Oliver went with his dad to Taiwan, because he overall admired his charismatic charm. So, leaving Canada behind being just another chapter in their books, they moved into Pingtung City. While his dad worked as a private tutor for rich families, Oliver was left alone at home. He often went outside, taking in his surroundings and meeting new people.

He spent most of his days in silence, knowing that he would spend most of his life secluded and locked away. However this sense of depression did not last long, as soon his father began to worry for his education. And as a result, He enrolled him into a local school in Taiwan. Oliver, with a lack of knowledge didn’t know what he wanted to study, but he decided to take ownership, and look into some classes. Now he had a small passion for the performing arts, as he enjoyed listening and singing along to musical songs. So one of the many classes that he took was a performing arts class. Now this class tends to focus more on cultural Chinese shows. So he auditioned to be in the popular show, “Bejing Opera”

This made him more enthusiastic about Chinese Culture. So with this new found curiosity, he joined a Chinese culture class. He learned many cool and interesting facts about Chinese culture. Largely the topic of FengShui (风水) However, he sadly did not pursue this passion. He continued with these two classes along with other unimportant ones for around 4 years. And nearing the end he had found an interest in how the mind works.

He had always wondered why everyone thinks the way they do, and the school that he went to provides a class for those answers. As he was busy with performing arts he initially had to start doing Phycology online. But as the theater ended their most recent show, he went to the in person classes. These classes made him find inspiration to help other people, and to guide others. However he didn’t know where to start. When talking to his psychology teacher one day in the afternoon, he had recommended a leadership summer camp. Although he was hesitant, he decided to sign up. And he soon realized that not only was this camp a good idea, but he also learned so many valuable life lessons and leadership skills. And with this newfound knowledge, he wanted to spread his positivity and share his knowledge with others.
He then moved to Karakura searching for new job opportunities. Noticing the job as a Caretaker, not only can he share positivity and knowledge, but he can also protect and provide for the students at Karakura high. His future was looking up.

Motivation for Joining KHS:

Oliver had a strong desire to share his knowledge and positivity with his peers. And joining KHS would make those dreams come true! He has spent most of his life studying to become a better person, and a genuinely positive guy. And He wanted to put his efforts to use, and KHS would help him not only learn and grow in a new environment, but share what he has learned in his lifetime.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:

I feel like I should be accepted over other applicants because I believe I can bring a positive influence to everyone around me. And I strongly believe that I would be a valuable member to the team. I feel like I can make my co-workers and my students feel at home at Karakura High. And is my number one goal to make everyone feel safe. Another reason I believe I would be a valuable member to the team, is that, for the most part I will be very active. And even though I am juggling school right now, I will spend as much time as possible to be on as much as possible.
