I have just been inactive for a year, due to a year abroad. As I just got back a few months ago, I am settled down enough to be able to play frequently again.
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
I have only really played on SRP, though I used to play on creative when I was younger, on other servers. To also play schoolrp, but was so happy when I understood SRP enoug to play here. I believe I have been on SRP for almost 3 years now.
What are your current roles on SchoolRP:
Adult, and Grade-12 I think.
My alt is still a high schooler, as I havent been online to get her to the College exams.
My main is Adult, because of my past application for profesor, that was approved and I just changed it to Adult when I travelled abroad in real life.
What is the subject you want to teach?:
I would prefer art, but also can teach a small vocabulary of chinese, as I have actually learned some Mandarin Chinese in real life.
TRIVIA SECTION
What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
Because I have been it before, and it was more fun because of the drama becoming adult drama instead of teen drama. I am also an adult myself now, so it is funnier to be a person of authority instead of playing a character below my actual age.
Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
1. Mandarin: goal is to teach the kids how to introduce themselves, learn how to write it in pinyin and hanzi, to also being able to recognize how to put the pressure so they can introduce themselves to each other. Practicing writing in characters is fun, and I have enjoyed it myself, to compare with my friends writing naturally or like you read on the computer (very square). As the Chinese letters have a soft touch, and specific stroke direction, it often becomes a fun game to compare and learn.
2. Art: A fun class would be having everyone have a partner, and a shared canvas to both draw put switch every minute or so, to see how two minds either think alike or create something from two completely different minds and see the beauty in the different views.
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted:
Trip to the forest! Make the students draw the landscape, or practice the chinese vocabulary related to nature (same with stores and the beach). Possibly go to the places related to the current topic, if Chinese language gets accepted - though Art is the favorite topic of mine.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
I would go over there, ask what is going on, and if the bobcat jock looks scared or bothered, I would stay around and find a way to break up the circle. If anything happens, I will warn other teachers or professors on the walkie talkie.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Tell them to be quiet, extend their detention, and possibly give another detention after warning 3 times, due to disrupting the class.
(In the past, my professor chara have called someone's parents because they knew them, hehe)
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
Tori will take the phone, mute it, and put it in her desk. She will warn the students, if they continue, they will get detention for disrupting class. Tori would keep a relaxed but firm voice, getting her point across without any drama or raised voices.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
My character would start saying random chinese thing to revert the attention elsewhere, to confuse the ''enemy'' and she will have informed other teachers in the meantime on her walkie talkie. My character is a very soft woman, but will give warnings if necessary and detentions.

My character is the typical pale European looking woman, with brown hair and a casual style of clothing. She is married to a jailed gangmember (we havent rp'ed the divorce yet, due to my past inactivity). Tori is rather normal, but with a big interest for Chinese language and Culture. Her personality is highly affected by her travels abroad, giving her a warm and comfortable energy. She loves sharing the beauty behind the cultural art and history of the letters. My character is also adopted by Elizabeth Zennix, from her first marriage to Hannah Dietrich, Tori's real mother. Elizabeth Zennix is now Eli Zennix and remarried (I think), but kept Tori close as family.
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.

She has a complicated lore, with her own mother dying during estrangement as her mother did not agree of Tori's husband. Tori's husband went to jail, and she decided to travel abroad, as an escape to his cheating rumours, and learned Chinese. There she learned the different personality traits of the different cultures, as she studied with people from all over the world. She also met her favorite teacher, Teacher Zong. (纵老师). The teacher will always have a special part of her heart, and make her love the Chinese language, for this teacher believed in her, and showed her the careless culture of the Chinese love. She experienced many different situations when her teacher was showing more care than a typical teacher. She appreciated it, and promised herself to be like her one day.
