Honestly, I'm not sure if someone has already suggested this, but when commenting on your own post, you can't necessarily '@' someone, because it won't send to their notifications.
What I'm suggesting is just that. When someone comments on your Onrain post, and you want to have the ability to reply back to them and @ them so they know that you replied, they'll get a small notification in their notifications section saying like "____ Replied to your comment on this post!"

Honestly, this was just an idea that randomly came to my mind, and it's technically kind've useless, but it can be helpful to some posters who post a lot on Onrain, or comment on Onrain. It also helps the OP to let the person they're responding to know that the person they're responding to has been notified and their reply isn't just sitting there.
