WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: This suggestion will be regarding the new rule where OOC contracts are no longer allowed. I feel like this rule should change. I'll use an example.
A person leaves a gang after staying in it for a good amount of time. Wouldn't any gang kill that ex-member in order to prevent them from spreading any information? Why are we not able to kill the individual who would have a good amount of our gang's information. It defeats the purpose of having higher-ups in order. If a lower-rank were to misbehave, the higher-up would need to use some form of punishment on that person, but they can't because they don't have any perms. To an extent, OOC contracts should be added back into the server, but only to an extent. Rules such as "Kill Permissions are gained on your character upon leaving and joining the gang, are gained" should be allowed, but "You can't snake or leak any info about the gang" shouldn't be allowed. A notorious gang would almost always kill an individual for leaving their gang, to avoid the risk of them spreading any info. To conclude, specifications of contracts should be placed into the rules, on what is allowed and what is not with revolving around an OOC contract.
Thanks for reading this short feedback.
