I am dedicated to schoolrp and ensure I will be on atleast once each day without fail, as long as I don't have much homework or I am ill, or family occasions is when I will not be online. Rest of the time I will come on atleast once.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes, I won't groan I will take it as I have failed my designated position and should try harder next time.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A Private Tutor is a person who is a instructor who teaches a specific subject (depending on how many tutors there are, sometimes 2 subjects) to a group of students or a singular student and improve knowledge and skill of those students without ICly or OOCly giving them the answers.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I was a College-Professor, so I know how to handle students and do tests and roleplay correctly for any set of students, and know how it works.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I, joined in 2016 - and I immediately learnt a lot about roleplaying in general - I was eventually a Grade-11, who applied for College-Student. Feeling confident about my roleplaying, I later applied for College-Professor and was accepted! Within that time I was involved in GangRP and I just honestly learnt a lot and gained more experience with roleplaying in general.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
I ICly help create tests for a College Professor, and I know Private-Tutors must remain patient and calm within lessons. Must show Enthusiasm and I will listen to how they did a question and if they got it wrong, help them fix it correctly and help them understand and help them improve.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would see him, trying to stop any attention that he is trying to gain, and would remain calm. I would warn them to stop, if continued I would ask a teacher to give them a detention, if refused they would be sent to the principals office, I would explain to them why and they would learn from their mistakes.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would ask him if there was anyone else qualified to do the job, if not, I would do it myself, being very safe and avoiding hazards, I would no longer ask questions and proceed, keeping mind of safety every step of the way.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would question them, if they failed to give a sensible answer, I'd go upstairs / downstairs to the Principals / Vice Principals office and ask them to come and see this person to clarify he/she is supposed to be doing what they are supposed to be doing.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
Ever since a child who went to KHS, I was fascinated by how well the teachers worked and the tutors. I wanted to be one of them - my main motivation was the teachers and the tutors. The positivity of the students and how enthusiastic everyone was about the school truly inspired me to apply for a job at KHS. I have two strong subjects - Drama and Mathmatics. I'm very much willing to hand over my knowledge, enthusiasm as I can, providing support and as much positivity I can to my students. Helping those who are struggling, and help them do their very best - to dream, explore, and achieve! I feel I would be honored to be a Tutor for Karakura Highschool, and would NEVER take it for granted!

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I, as a old College-Professor understand how the system works and how Private-tutor works. I've had experience managing classes of students in the old College Campus, and I can work well in almost any environment. I know the horror of failing a class, as I have been through it and understand what they go through. I am a approachable person - not to mention enthusiastic, comforting and helpful to all students that walk through the door - I don't want them to be scared, I want them to be reminded that I give a sense of helpfulness and comfort. I fully understand many people have different ways of understanding each other, questions and more. I would support them in that. If they explained to me how they got a answer, and it was wrong, I would help them understand how you get the right answer. On a side-note, I know the ins and outs of a Private-Tutor and would be so glad to serve as a Private Tutor at KHS.
