Describe your activity and potential punishment history as a player of the server:
My Punishment history is as follows; I have 1 warning from ItsMariav for FAILRP as I had previously discussed 'Minoring' someone using IC chat, this was still when I was relatively new to the server. Other than this, I have no other punishments, with no bans, and have maintained a very active status on the server. I have a working job outside of SRP, which I work from home, so I am practically always at my desk, whether it be roleplaying or working, I'm always actively doing something. I typically spend anywhere between 3-5 hours playing SRP each day, with exceptions for family events and such, although this has calmed down a lot recently due to Covid restrictions being put in place in Wales. This being said, I have always maintained a good standing within the SRP community not being toxic in any OOC/LOOC chats or taking anything done in roleplay out of roleplay scenarios.

Provide your Discord (REQUIRED) and confirm if you have a microphone:
My Discord is oZinth#0001 and I do have a working microphone.
What is your time zone and country of residence?:
My time zone is GMT and I live in South Wales, in the UK!
What previous experience do you have working in a team that would outshine other applicants?:
I have lots of previous experience working in a team with others, whether it be from my time spent in Secondary school, all the way up into my multiple jobs in adulthood, I shall list several here:
1. Whilst in secondary school I was part of a small group of 6 Individuals known as 'Digital Leaders' in which we worked incredibly closely with the IT department of the school, resolving issues with school PC's assisting teachers in making presentations for the classes- and also going around to different other IT classes, offering students extra help if they needed it, going the extra mile to support others as much as we possibly could.
2. I worked as part of a small family ran restaurant/hotel/bar for 3 years, and had worked my way up starting from a part-time waiter, amongst a team of 8 people, them working my way up into an assistant managers' position overseeing a team of 12 people below me, whilst simultaneously working the hotel upstairs, seeing to residents needs and working the bar in a fast-paced environment, so I have worked in several different aspects of a team in this one area, whether it be as a new 'Initiate' all the way up to leading the team myself, and I absolutely loved every second of it, being able to bounce ideas between each other, working from each other's strengths and weaknesses to provide the best experience possible, organizing discount events, and the company's Facebook page, creating small events to gather to the local community together.
3. I now currently work as a Technical customer service advisor as part of a team of 13 people, working together to resolve customer's issues for the biggest mobile network provider in the UK 'EE' in which we have to actively work together to resolve new issues that come up- whether it be with the constant stream of new devices being released by the large phone companies, or issues with the network side of things with pejoratively software issues.
Please provide three (3) event suggestions which would work for our server:
1.
Event name: Beach Bazaar!
Overview: this would be an event that would attract the citizens of Karakura toward the market area of the pier, having volunteers from either of the two school teams having their own stalls, selling beach drinks, and food to the public, offering typical fairground activities for all to enjoy, with small plush prizes and Yen to be won!
Estimated length: 30-60 OOCly Minutes.
Description/walkthrough of how the event is going to go: To begin, there would be an announcement signifying that there's loud music being played over at the retail area at the pier. then there would be a mix of Spartans and Bobcats both on separate sides, having their own competition between the two to see who can raise the most money for their team, they could sell, cold drinks and frozen foods such as ice creams, etc, alongside merch for the two teams. Also on the stalls, there would be several carnival games, such as shooting ducks (with water pistols) using the /roll system to clarify if they win or lose, this costing somewhere between 2,000-5,000 Yen per go, allowing it to still be in the general price range of most of the citizens and maintaining true to the slightly overpriced nature of carnivals/fairs.
2.
Event name: Supermarket Sweep!
Overview: There would be several stores littered around, with Staff members acting as characters owning the stores, where the students of Karakura would be able to run through the stores, on a small treasure hunt! Each person would be on a time limit, having to try and find each one of the collectibles in the store, by using one time use signs that give someone a singular collectible item, to be handed in at the end, after gathering a certain amount, you'd be able to redeem them for collectibles!
Estimated length: 3-4 OOCly hours. (to give all players an opportunity to participate)
Description/walkthrough of how the event is going to go: There would be an initial announcement, given to the whole server around 30 minutes before the weekend ICly, announcing the supermarket sweep event- which would take place ICly at around 8:00am ICly time on Saturday this announcement would give the location of the event. With several reminder announcements throughout, there would be an initial starting position, at the front of the stores, with the store 'workers' allowing around 4-5 people in at a time (as there would be several stores, this wouldn't cause too much lag) then as the players would run around the store, they would have around 5-6 minutes to go on a scavenger hunt, on a one time trip through the supermarket, having to make it to the exit once the timer finishes. after running through the place, there would be individual signs, littered around the store, allowing the player to right click, the same as the Christmas gift sign, although these would give an Easter token , they would turn redeem them at the end to the 'clerks' which would be volunteers, these would offer limited time items, items, Ideally having them all Easter themed, with each item costing a different amount of tokens.
3.
Event name: Waterpark Walk
Overview: This would be an event that would be a school trip for the students of the school, where the teachers would lead their classes, taking them out in groups to the Water park, where the football team/ baseball team members who would work the stands inside the waterpark alongside chauffeuring the students and making sure they form an orderly queue going up to the slides/diving boards, Giving all of the students a chance to explore and use the water park, as not many people even know the water park exists, giving the students an opportunity to explore around the beach, and have fun together.
Estimated length: 1-2 OOCly hours (School time so around 1h40m)
Description/walkthrough of how the event is going to go: The event would be kicked off with an announcement on the Sunday evening Notifying students of the upcoming school trip on the Monday, following this up, there'd be an event announced in the Karakura School Discord, with several custom swimsuits made specifically for the event, the students would walk over in groups of 10-15 with teachers, going in groups of two to three classes, allowing multiple people to attend however not crowding the place, although it would be the same team members operating the stalls and slides, There would also be adults/Swim team members working as lifeguards if possible, so this could be advertised as a temporary role, or potentially specifically given to the Swim team members. This would give ample opportunity for some of the team members to earn some Yen, and also they could potentially introduce swimming as more of an open concept to many players, encouraging them to try it more often and bring more publicity to the Swim team.
