School Employee Role you are Applying For: School Janitor.
How often do you log onto the server?: Three times daily, each session being at least 4-6 hours and space between them would be 2-4 hours.
Do you have discord?: Yes, I do, I have two, My main Sad Vibes#9456 and Back-up Plant Vibes#0490.
Do you have a microphone?: Yes, I do.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: No, never.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes I can ensure that I will come on as often and I can.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I do know I can be fired if I don't do my job correctly.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Janitors work to keep schools, offices, libraries, and hospitals, clean and maintained. They are often asked to work outside normal business hours sometimes early in the morning or late at night so the building can be cleaned properly.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: No, I don't have any past experience in this type of roleplay.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been playing SchoolRP for a while, to be exact since 2016 or 2015 my memory isn't too well so it might have been since 2016. I have the common knowledge in roleplay, I follow the rules, I roleplayed on another game called 'Cube World' but it has long been forgotten.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes I am, as a Janitor, I must help around the school, clean areas if they get dirty for (e.g. Someone throws up on the floor.) I must clean bathrooms, classrooms, etc.
[Situations]
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would stay calm and remind the student that everyone has a job to do. Every job helps someone in a way, so at least I am doing my best and I try my hardest to do my job and continue to say that if they didn't have anything good to say then it would be better not to say anything. If this were to continue was would politely ask them to leave me alone because I am doing my job, If it continues further I would report it to a higher staff member (e.g. a teacher, etc.)
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would do what I have to do, there is no point in complaining about it and being stubborn about it, I personally feel that there is no 'hardest' or 'easiest' job, its just if I lack the knowledge of the job requested, I would do the best I could possibly do, it's my job as a Janitor, if I didn't want to do it then there would be no point on applying for my job as a Janitor.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask if everything was alright and figure what the situation as if it was something life-threatening (e.g. Suicide, Self-harm, Murder, etc.) I would help in anyway I possibly could, if needed I would call the police department just to tell them the situation and possibly come over to the school, if I could talk the employee out of stopping what they are doing I would try to keep them in a calm state, and then proceed to take them to the nurses office and help them there furthermore.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I was motivated to join YHS because of all the hard-working and kind people I have met that work and study there, I want to help YHS in any way I possibly can, I enjoy cleaning so I thought being a Janitor would be my best option, I want to show people that even the smallest jobs can help a business and one grow.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I mostly see all these new people apply for jobs and not do what they tasked to do and it saddens me, I am a hard-working person, I get stuff done, I try my best on everything, I do feel like it is selfish to say that I am in a higher standing and knowledge because we all are the same not everyone is perfect but what I do know is that I am capable of doing my job correctly then not do anything. I do wish my application has shown you a different point of view and is kept into mind.
