Paid for another month of rent on my apartment, but it was then gone

On 3/30/24, I paid for another month on my apartment. I then logged on late on 3/31/24 and the added days for the extra month of rent payment were taken off of the sign outside of my apartment and the money was not added back to my account. I'm not exactly sure what the process to get this fixed is, so hopefully there'll be some suggestions here or even a staff member's help!
