Shop wanted: Shop 12, Shop 12's design caught my eyes and I thought it was looking amazing. When the shop owner quit I felt bad and happy because she had a great store but when she quit I also felt happy because this was my chance to own this shop instead of the previous one I had. I like this shop hope that it will get accepted.
Why do you want to own a shop?:
I want to own a shop because it is a lot of responsibility. I think that I would be capable. My character Jace has been a high school student/college student for a long time and it is time that he tries to become a shop owner. He is very responsible and wants to learn how to run a shop. It will be hard but he will have friends to help him and other shop owners to give him tips and more. It will increase my roleplaying skills and social skills because I will have workers and customers to talk to which I have never done before. I have worked with other shop owners and would like to actually own a shop myself. I want to have good workers and managers that will help make the business successful and more fun. Being a shop owner isn't just about making money its about making new friends and getting to know them when you are working with them. I love making new friends and love seeing people happy with the food they have gotten and I want to see them spread the store around so that more people can come and enjoy the meals they get. I want the customers to enjoy there stay at the cafe and to do that, I need to make sure that there is good service and making sure that the workers are being kind and not disrespectful otherwise they will say that the cafe is bad and that people shouldn't go with it. I am going to make sure that I have good working employees and if they do not even show up to there job ever I will start firing people. The cafe itself will have a unique name different from other cafes. I will make sure that we will have enough food to sell and drinks also. If we do not then we will not be able to open and I will contact the delivery company to get a pack of fresh food. Owning a shop will be very stressful and that is why I will be having managers and co-owners help me manage the shop. They will be very helpful in case I am going on vacation or if I am sick when I'm sick they can open the shop and let me know how they are doing and if the shop is doing well with the customers. I hope when I hire my new workers that they will be dedicated to there jobs and help make new uniforms for the cafe and help make the customers very satisfied with what they have gotten. It makes me happy to see that they are making customers happy with what they are doing. Getting money is really hard in the roleplay because you would have to wait 30 minutes to get your yen. Since I am working at the MacFromage, I don't really make money there because the owner does not open the shop and I do not get to work there. My character has experience in working at a cafe, his parents were once sick so he had to take care of the shop. It was really busy, but he managed. Shop owners much are not active and they need to be before they get removed from there shop. I want a cafe to be open because I do not think some have been opening lately since some have been removed. My character is a type of businessman who would be really busy because he is taking of the shop. The shop will have the best food in the whole of the town. I want the workers to treat the customers nicely and they will make sure that customers are happy with the food they got. If customers are fighting with another customer, one of the cafe workers will calmly ask the 2 to stop fighting or else they will never be able to visit the cafe.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
Well, I plan to make the shop very successful and to do that I will be hiring the best workers. I want the cafe to be clean and great for the customers. I want them to enjoy there food and drinks and hope that they will give a good rating. I plan on redesigning the shop in the near future and hoping to make it look better. The cafe will allow all ages and all sizes. We do not tolerate hate or weapons inside the store and if I see a weapon I will be forced to escort them out and call the police so that they will not be hurting anyone. If there are dangerous kids outside I will make sure to close the cafe doors so they do not hurt anybody and wreck the shop up. The bar will be upstairs where drinks will be sold and downstairs is the main floor where the food is held. The Waitresses will ask the customer if they would like to be seated or if they would like food to go. If they wanted food to go the Waiters/Waitresses will ask them to head up to the cashier to order what they would want to eat and drink. If anyone was being disrespectful and very rude I will be hiring securities to escort them out of the shop. The security may be 19+ because I feel as if kids under 19 will not be strong enough to take on dangerous people. The Waiters/Waitresses will be paying me 50% of what they made and as well as the cashiers also. I will be going overpayment on the "How many employees are you planning to have?" question. I will be hosting events like movie night or other types of events. I plan to also have my shop open on the weekends which are Saturdays and Sundays(IRL) and if I have time I may open the shop on school days when I am online. I plan to also redesign my shop in the near future so that people will enjoy the shop changing time to time. I may change it year to year but we will see if it will happen and if it even can happen. I will be having 4 different menus, one for breakfast, lunch, school supplies, and toys. In the future, I will be selling different types of items and will be changing what I sell in the gift shop. On special holidays there will be discounts on the prices, meaning the school/toy supplies will have a 30% discount and will have a code to get a higher discount. You must contact me for the discount, and you may only be able to use it 1 time no more than that. I will be letting my managers run the shop and will check in after a while to see how they have been doing. The customer's safety is all are care about and that is why I will be installing cameras if there already isn’t. If anyone looks crazy or weird, I will be calling the police upstairs so that they won’t see me if the police are not online, I will close the doors and stay on lockdown until they have left the area. My security will be guarding the insides and the outsides. I will be hiring 19+ because I do not think that pre-adults are suitable or strong enough for the job. I am sorry if that seems very rude but I want my customers to be very safe and not sorry. Being a shop owner means to take care of the shop meaning that there must not be any racism or sexism in the shop. Those are not tolerated in the shop if the person continues to not obey they will be kicked out from the shop and also possibly blacklisted. Weapons are not allowed in my shop and if I ever see one I will call the police asap and do it secretly so they do not know.
How will your shop be unique?:
My shop will be unique because it will allow all ages and sizes to enjoy eating at the cafe. The name will be unique and maybe the style will be unique. I am thinking of making the cafe into an anime cafe because I think that it will be will cool to do. Not many cafes are based on anything. I am planning on making it into On-taku(pretty sure I spelled wrong) which is from Tokyo Ghoul. I recommend watching Tokyo Ghoul because it is a really cool anime. You should also watch Attack On Titans and Attack on Titans Junior High. The cafe will have very unique uniforms, the same that the workers that work in On-taku wear also. The cafe will be very different from on-taku but will be based on it. The cafe will have a janitor to keep the cafe very clean so that the customers will be disgusted that the shop is dirty and dusty. The cafe will have a small gift shop where you can your school supplies. In the future, I plan to sell many toys when I have enough money to buy. The cafe will be very very unique since it will be based on anime and maybe more in the future. The shop will have lovely unique uniforms and will be served kindly as possible to keep the peace in the store. My workers will be very patient with people who have disorders or diseases. We want the customers to feel safe and protected, if we see any danger we will take action into protecting our customers. I will be training my workers until I think that they are ready to serve real customers, real people, real species and more. I will make sure that they are being respectful towards their fellow managers and workers as well as the customers. My goal is to make the customers satisfied and to make my workers have lots of fun working. The name will be changed as I have said too. The new cafe name will be Sushi Kaito, it is a three Michelin star Japanese cuisine restaurant in Minato, Tokyo, primarily known for serving sushi. I hope that the cafe will be a big success. The shop will have events when it is the holidays. One event will be Hide N Seek. For Hide N Seek, a worker of mine will hide and whoever finds him or she will earn 20k yen. Another will be to ask a police officer to take a selfie with them and if they actually get one then they will earn 19k. Others I will figure out later. When it is breakfast time, I will open the shop for students who would like to eat for breakfast before they get to school. In the small shop, I will have a toy airplane, bunny ears, and phones. For breakfast, I'll be selling bacon, eggs, and coffee. When new workers get hired, I will train them until they know what they are doing. My workers will be the best and nicest worker's people have ever seen. I want my workers to focus on people with disabilities, I want them to their best to help them. In the upstairs will be VIP, the fee to enter will be 1k. If there are special occasions, they will be held in the VIP area which is upstairs. When I lose workers I will do applications when I can. Outdoor sitting will be available for any customers if a person is sitting outside waiting for his or her orders to be taken, a waiter will need to go outside and see what the person would like. Breakfast will be held to 5am-8am in the morning, coffee will be served for the adults.
