What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation for becoming a teacher stems from my genuine passion for helping others learn and grow. I believe that education is the key to empowerment and personal development. Seeing the spark of understanding in a persons eyes and knowing that I played a role in their academic and personal journey brings me joy and fulfillment. I am dedicated to creating a fun roleplay experience where others can enjoy their time within the school and server. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire a love for learning and to contribute positively to the roleplay's success.

Do you understand that you are applying for the teacher role of UT & If your application is accepted, you may have to undergo teacher training?: Yes i understand and im happy to be trained on what to do and how to do it.

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?: Teacher class logs are logs of each class and they're important incase of any student reports, teacher pays, and grades. They also keep track of what happens within a classroom.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1.
No items except what is issued by the teacher; this refers to no phones, no musical instruments, and no fishing rods. These can be used to interrupt my class and I will not tolerate it.

2. Don't blurt out words or questions unless spoken to or called upon; this also disturbs my classroom and makes others think they can do the same. I do not want this happening as it makes the class chaotic.

3. Be respectful; always respect the teacher(s) and students, any rude or toxic behavior will automatically get you kicked out of the class.

I'm saying these as if I were telling the students myself and using the assumption of if I get accepted

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Well i know basic roleplay mechanics, gangrp, criminalrp, combatrp, and I'm new to detailrp but I'm trying to learn more about it.

In detail, describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD

↳ Meaning: Head of Department
↳ Description: HDs are in charge of keeping an eye on the conduct and curriculum of the instructors in their department. HDs frequently keep an eye on how well instructors and students are following the rules throughout class, which helps to foster a supportive learning atmosphere. They are the most experienced and senior instructors, making them great people for UTs and NQTs to ask for assistance from when they need it.

- QT
↳ Meaning: Qualified Teacher
↳ Description:QTs are those who have overcome all obstacles to becoming teachers, including those that were academic and training-related. They have a proven track record of accomplishment and have proven that they are capable of doing their jobs to a high standard. They frequently have a lot more control over how rules are administered in the classroom than NQTs and UTs do.

- NQT
↳ Meaning: Newly Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: NQTs are instructors who have successfully completed the initial teacher certification difficulties and have shown their abilities during their training. They are capable of hosting their own classes without the supervision of a QT or HD being present. Before being promoted to the status of qualified teacher, NQTs must exhibit their independence and classroom management abilities (QT).

- UT
↳ Meaning: Unqualified Teacher
↳ Description: UTs are brand-new employees. They are either getting ready to undertake their duties or are currently doing them, but they are still undergoing training to better understand them. Additionally, UTs must show through training that they are capable of carrying out the duties of a teacher.

Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general: Teachers are an essential part of any society. They serve many purposes, but their primary purpose is to educate. This includes providing students with academic knowledge, but also teaching them how to be productive and well-adjusted members of society. They also help students develop critical thinking skills and instill values that will serve them well in life. They encourage critical thinking and open-mindedness and help students to develop creativity and original thinking. They also help to instill a sense of discipline, responsibility, and hard work, which are important qualities in any person. Teachers are truly dedicated, hard-working, and selfless individuals who deserve the utmost respect. Teachers teach through a variety of ways, depending on the age level and the subject being taught. Some educators will use traditional methods such as lecturing, while others will employ more creative and interactive methods such as discussion or hands-on activities. Each teacher has their own style of educating, and their teaching methods are tailored toward the individual students, the curriculum, and the content of the course. What works well for one teacher, class, or subject may not be beneficial to another, so teachers will always work with discretion and care when deciding the best teaching methods for their students and their course. Me, personally, I enjoy the more interactive and practical way of teaching, following every student's needs and desires and trying to involve everyone in fun activities that can almost trick the students into believing that they aren't even working. There are many different ways that teachers teach, and each teacher has their own style. In their spare time, they often spend time grading papers, planning lessons, or meeting with students. They also attend professional development training to stay up to date on the latest techniques and trends in education. Other than that they can of course have their own private life, that they may dedicate to their hobbies, passions, following their studies, or to their family. At the end of the day, teachers need not only to be good at helping shape the minds of the younger generation but also need to be functioning adults that can serve as role models for others on what to achieve by following the school system. Newly Qualified Teachers in-game can earn up to ¥350k per Ooc month by reaching a minimum of 10 classes hosted in the month, while Qualified Teachers can earn up to ¥400k per month, while also gaining the ability to make up to ¥50k in bonuses per 5 extra classes hosted in the same month, with a limit of 3 claimable bonuses within the same month.

Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Because they add more roleplay to the server and it's literally called SchoolRP so there would have to be teachers for that to work. They also set student's up for success and if they want to get a job or go to college teachers can set them up with that.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?: Karakura High works on the MoSCoW method. This organisation method is used by businesses so that ‘stakeholders’ better understand the importance of each requirement. It is an abbreviation for ‘Must haves’, ‘Should haves’, ‘Could haves’, and ‘Won’t haves’ or ‘Will not have at this time’. 'Must haves' are critical to the success of something, 'should haves' are important but not necessary to its success, 'could haves' are desirable but not too important to success and 'won’t haves' are the least important given the time and effort to achieve a certain success.

Scenarios
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: He would first ask them to stop before reminding them of the school rules, assuming they had not listened to his request, he would tell them they had been warned, and if they continued, it would lead to getting detention. If they for some reason still refused to listen then she would call for another person to deal with the student(s) if they would not listen. The entire time he would try to speak clearly and with a strong tone, trying his best to get the point across.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: If he had already attempted to get the class's attention through his normal indoor voice which had not worked, he would begin to raise her voice so that it could be clearly heard. Telling them to pay please pay attention and to stop talking. He would of course give plenty of warnings to any students who yelled/said profanities in an attempt to get better control of the situation. Before any other actions were made (such as kicking), he would inform them that if they plan on interrupting the lessons then he would kick them out of the class. My character would want everyone to have the opportunity to learn and so removing the students that distracted the lesson would be a thing he would do.

When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Henry would either mark student's work, or plan lessons, if nothing was really needed then he'd speak with fellow faculty members and update himself with recent events, tips and tricks with teaching and share advice with the teachers and professors. I feel like my character would want to befriend the faculty in order to maintain good communication between them all in the near future and also boost teamwork by teaching himself everyone's strengths when it comes to teaching and punishments and rewards.

Provide at least 4 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:

/me
&#7c9ea5SHe would wait for the class to be seated, meanwhile he'd take out papers that would help him throughout the day, he would then tell the class to settle down so we can get the day started, after everyone has settled down he would call people to the stage and do an activity that includes either performing arts, or if the class did well the period beforehand he would either include charades or a game for them to enjoy upon the stage."

/me &#7c9ea5would begin to sit, as he watched the students leave his classroom. Once they were all out he'd pick up the stack of papers he had out, gently tapping them on the table in order to line them up. He would place a paperclip on the papers to hold them together, putting a bright yellow sticky note with the period. After he had done this, he stood turning to his desk, cleaning it up to keep it nice and tidy. He began to walk around the room to clean up any messes the students had made.

/me &#7c9ea5He waited for the students to finish the work that he had handed out to them to do, as he waited he'd walk around and check on each student and their progress. Henry would be sure to keep a close eye just in case a student needed his help with something, upon not noticing that anyone needed help by the sight of no hands being raised, he'd remind the students with a loud and clear voice &f"Remember that if you need help just raise your hand, I'm here for a reason" &#7c9ea5now satisfied that the students were aware he was able to help if they needed it, he'd continue to look around and wander the classroom until someone either raised their hand or people started giving in their finished work.

/me &#7c9ea5after the class ended and the students walked out, he'd put a sticky note on the papers to get the in the correct period for correct and efficient grading. He looked down at the stack of papers, carefully peeling off the sticky note, before sliding off the paper clip. He let out a sigh as he clicked a pen, his eyes moving across the page as he looked for wrong answers. Once he was done, he wrote the students' grade at the top, setting it to the side and continuing. He lifted the pen off the table, slightly correcting the stack of papers. He repeated this until all the papers were graded. He then took the small graded pile of paper and put it in a filing cabinet, he then put they're grades in the teacher log and left the school.
