I am applying to become a History teacher for high school students.
What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher stems not only from my compassion of teaching and attending to SRP players, but also from my desire to help students and members of Karakura city engage and get involved, as well as spark their interest in participating in school activities rather than being in a class they don't enjoy or participate in. I want to be a teacher so that I can assist all Karakura members to engage in and enjoy their studies, resulting in a happier and more engaged community within SRP. I'd like to not only expand my experience with the SRP community but also to teach others while learning from my peers.
Do you understand that you are applying for the teacher role of UT & If your application is accepted, you may have to undergo teacher training?:
I have taken into account that if my application has been taken into consideration by SRP staff it would be a great possibility for me to undergo training. I have no objection to participating in the teacher training and will strive to complete training to the very best of my ability.
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Classroom logs are significant to staying organized and prepared, teacher logs indicate how many classes you have held, they help lessons run smoothly.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
- Bullying, harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated.
- The use of any foul language is punishable and will not be condoned in any situation.
- Student’s are not permitted to be on their phone or eating in class.
- No illegal substances such as the usage of alcohol, smoking or any weapons are to be used in class.
- Students and teachers are not to be involved with any physical OR verbal violence in the classroom.
- All students must perform to the best of their ability or to make an attempt.

My RolePlay experience is rather advanced as I have participated in roleplays on various games and websites, I have been role-playing on SRP for about one year and a half. I started roleplaying multiple years ago, undergoing different types of RP and various ways to interact and respond to situations. My experience on SRP has been completely joyful and a great experience which I would like to further, Becoming a teacher would extend and replenish my Roleplaying skills as well as experience.

↳ Description: Qualified Teachers are former freshly qualified teachers who have advanced in rank as a result of their experience and are acknowledged and valued as such. They have more teaching experience and are promoted through. Appreciation for their efforts. With their work and studies, they are usually given more trust and freedom.

↳ Meaning: Newly Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: Newly Qualified Teachers are the first rank of teachers who are allowed to teach their own classes. And they can easily advance to qualified teacher status by taking an SLT test.

Students take notes and look up to them as role models for how they behave themselves and show themselves as people. This applies to both OOCly and ICly. Teachers serve as mentors to students and carry out their responsibilities with the highest level of professionalism. They evaluate papers and monitor kids on their own time while they are not working. They work hard to help students succeed while also serving as a role model. Teachers are paid between 450,000 and 500,000 yen for every lesson, depending on how many they teach.SRP teachers are only allowed to teach for four hours on an OOC day.Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are essential to the SchoolRP Server because they guarantee that roleplaying is realistic and pleasant for the players. They're also important because most Roleplay is focused on school, and they provide players with a variety of options, such as picking a server sport they adore or just aiding the younger or newer players. They also encourage player bonds and make it more difficult for students to engage in minor misbehaviour at school. They are also prepared to teach students, allowing them to acquire a variety of new skills while also offering opportunities for employment and just exploring their hobbies in preparation for future adult careers.

The Russian-Mexican gentleman was 6'5 tall and had a strong frame. His skin would be faultless and tanned evenly. He had a quite harsh expression on his face. Aromas of coconut mingled with a fragrance of cologne would linger off of his body.
Hugo Aguado is a male who is firm, but he is still quite understanding. He believes in putting in extra time to attain long-term ambitions. Teaching is one of his many passions, as he believes knowledge is a valuable quality for an individual. When he's in the classroom, his eagerness to share knowledge shines through. Hugo intends to teach for the rest of his career, avoiding retirement until the appropriate time comes. He has a compassionate side for his family and loved ones, despite his frigid demeanour.
Hugo ensures that the kids are treated with the respect that he expects. If a student came to him with a problem or needed adult assistance, he would offer them whatever advice he thought was acceptable.
Hugo has the same attitude towards teachers as he does towards students, with the exception that he respects teachers more. Unless in the breakroom or off-campus, everything would be kept professional throughout the school day.

He spent his youth playing sports and making friends with the other kids in the neighbourhood, and he was close to his mother, who taught him the majority of his life skills. He attended a public elementary school before transferring to a private secondary school following an altercation with a teacher. He attended a private Mexican school until he was sixteen years old, then participated in a student transferring program in his sophomore year of high school.
He chose to fly to Russia after enrolling in this program to learn more about his mother's background. He soon learned Russian as a second language, adding to his repertoire of skills. Hugo's parents promised to pay for all of Hugo's expenses in Russia while he was there. Hugo, on the other hand, urged that he get a job and pay a share of the salary. Hugo fell in love with Voronezh while living there and stayed until he graduated from high school at the age of eighteen. At school, he joined the football team and promised to assist the younger track students. While in high school, he acquired an interest in athletics and teaching. He donated the balance of his money, which was in Russian rubles, to charity before departing.
He left for yet another place, this time Karakura, Japan, where he planned to spend the rest of his life. Hugo found a place to call home and decided to go on a city tour. When he entered the city's College, he met the love of his life, a young Japanese lady, and they fell in love almost immediately. He majored in History and Education with the goal of becoming a chemistry teacher one day. He and his girlfriend welcomed a gorgeous boy into their family tree during his college years. After graduating, he began teaching physical education in different locations around Japan, bringing his family with him. He and his family had visited cities such as Osaka, Chiba, and Niigata. Throughout their travels, they expanded from a family of three to a family of six. They adopted a local College student from the United Kingdom after returning to Karakura for a few months. Furthermore, the family has found a place to call home.
