Describe your activity on SchoolRP: I work a 9-5 in real life, I get home at 6pm hop on SRP until 12am so I'm on for 6 hours on weekdays and around 13 hours everyday on the weekend and if i have any free time I will play SRP. I also have many friends who play so when ever they are playing I will hop on as well, how ever even if they are not on I still enjoy joining and helping my character meet new people to create a wider social circle.
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general: I started playing school roleplay around 2 months ago, and have been active every single day since. When i first joined SRP I was playing with highly experience role players so I was able to pick things up and learn very quickly, by my first week I was able to role play anything from serious situations to combat RP and even create situations for my character to act out. I have played a few RP games on ROBLOX but other than that id say this is my first real RP experience (and it is an amazing server :D)

TRIVIA SECTION
What is your motivation for becoming a professor?: I have always been passionate about sharing and passing on knowledge to people, I am a firm believer in the saying "knowledge is power" additionally, I have always loved the idea of bringing colour and fun to a class while also maintaining a healthy working environment as I believe if people are happy in there classes it will drive them to achieve more which i didn't have at high school or college which is why I would like to provide people with exactly that. As i love physics and the whole idea of teaching i think to be able to role play it and have is as an option to my character is amazing.
Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
1. i would host a class on different wave forms, describe what each of them are and which wave lengths are dangerous and which aren't. I would show them an acronym on how to remember the different waveforms and give them a book so that they can have a go at creating their own, then when they are finished i will read each one of them and ask the class if they are confused on any of the topic, I am a lover in physics and my teacher used to do things like this all the time.
2. The class will be on calculating speed and acceleration. I will describe the difference between both of the terms and give examples on how they work in real life, after that i will explain how we calculate speed and how we calculate acceleration and give them a work book which will have detailed equations for them to solve with real life examples, after collecting the books i will then ask my students if they have any questions or if any one is stuck on anything, following on from that i will go over why it is important we understand these basic principles and why it is mandatory they understand that speed and acceleration are not the same.
Work out a field trip (meaning a class outside school grounds) you will host if accepted: I would take them somewhere outside, preferably somewhere with trees like the garden next to plaza, where i can teach them about Isaac Newton and how he created his theory of what we now call gravity but i will also teach them about Centripetal force at the same time. it would consist of everyone getting an apple each, and they would learn that if they spin around in a circle at some speed, opening up there hand while spinning that the apple will stay in their hand, and this will explain to them this is due to Centripetal force. the idea of the apple specifically and the reason there needs to be a tree is because i can show them that this is how Isaac Newton started his theory of gravity.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Alexsei would wonder past the jocks in an attempt to listen in on the situation, Alexsei would then calmly approach the individuals, making sure he has his radio incase things go south, he would then ask them what the matter is and why they are surrounding the bobcat. If hypothetically this is a bullying situation he would ask everyone to step back and call for another member of staff to assist, he would as the other member of staff to talk to the bobcat while he talks to the college kids, if however they are being disrespectful following on from the bullying incident and Alex has to ask them 3 time to stop he would hand the offenders a detention slip.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Alexsei would begin by requesting that the pupil quiets down and remind them that there can be further consequence for more misbehaviour and they should continue with their tasks to stop disrupting everyone else. If the student kept being a nuisance without showing the commitment to stop, he would say more firmly that if they do not continue with the work provided further action will be taken, if by the third and final time they do not stop it will be escalated and they will be provided another detention slip for another day.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and call out other students in the class, what would your character do?
Alexsei would disregard the fact that they were cheerleaders and explain calmly that any disruption to a class will have consequences which will be a detention and that there are other students that are trying to learn and get on with the work and he would ask them politely to turn off the music and stop yelling. if how ever after the second and third time they do not stop they will all be issued with a detention for repeat disruption to a live class and failure to listen to authority when asked to stop.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
Alexsei will first run over and tell everyone to stop or there will be further consequences if however that doesnt work he will swiftly assess if it is safe for him to intervene and try to split up the fight by getting in the middle to break it up, if however he finds its not safe for him to do that, he will radio for the SLT to come and assist and try as hard as he can to split it up to ensure no one else gets hurt, following that he will ensure no students get away with recording or egging on the fight as he will be sure to get them to be questioned as well

Milanković, he would stand 5ft 7" with black scruffy fluffy hair which over hangs at the front to cover a scar he has had since he was younger. he has one teel eye and another a crimson red and his skin would appear a slightly tanned colour with some skin damage. he is often seen wearing his aviator glasses which would shine a silver in the sun. he is always seen wearing his open brown leather and sheep wool jacket with a plain white T-shirt, he has faded gray jeans which are fitted perfectly and just come down to the middle of his ankle with white socks and white trainers. He would speak with a medium toned soft voice, and often speak in an enthusiastic manor
When it comes to his work life, he can be seen as a humorous but also quiet when he needs to be, he can hold conversations with co workers and enjoys taking the time to learn about peoples interests so he can take interest and maybe even some inspiration from them, he prefers how ever to keep a healthy work and home life balance which means he can be seen as quite a private but also quite an interesting person to talk to. when it comes to other teachers he can be welcoming and kind always tries to include everyone in his conversations as he hates the thought of people being left out, he also likes to listen to the other teachers teaching methods so he can evaluate weather it can help his own, you can always see him come to work and greet co workers and students with a smile on his face.
He enjoys teaching and takes pride in his students, he doesn't look at any student as a bad student and doesn't look as any of them as smart, he likes to look at the person as an individual and push them to be the best they can by supporting each of them while being able to still hold the teaching to a good standard, he has a lot of patience and is quick to help when somebody is struggling, he will however discipline those who are disturbing or causing harm to his teaching environment as he takes his students learning journey serious, however if there is a reason as to why they are disrupting he will always be there to assist and remedy any issues as he looks at all students as his own.

Alexsei A. Milanković grew up in moscow, russia, he would often find his parents were fighting or arguing to which his mother would tell him to read his science fiction books, upon reading these books he would find that he has an interested in the idea of time travel and space flight, by age 9 he was getting physics and math books from the library to which he would study every night. He also looked up to two scientists in particular, Niels Bohr and Max Planck, The two founding fathers of the quantum theory. By age 16 he discovered he needed to find out what he was going to do with his life, he was never rich so he never thought that anything as big as university could have been a possibility, so he decided to continue research and attend Science conventions, showing his models and great ideas to the general public, until one gentleman from Japan came across Alexsei at a small time science event which was hosted by his secondary school as they did this at the end of every academic year, He never knew much about the gentleman except for the fact that he was called "The professor" this person who took the grave interest would later tell Alexsei that he was working for the Tokyo Institute of Technology and he was looking for young people to join there team, they would pay for there academics until he had a PHD, Alexsei was thrilled, how ever he couldn't make it to japan, "The Professor" stated that he will talk to the members of the board about getting him to study somewhere more local.
A few months later after acing all of his exams in his high school at the time which was Hinkson Christian academy, Alexsei gave up all hope that his dreams would come true as he hadn't heard from the professor in over 3 months, but just before he was going to give up he his mother yelled to him that hes had a letter from some body in Tokyo. He immediately runs down the stairs and it is a letter which stated that they are sorry for the time it has taken for them to get back, but the board has agreed to fund his course to which ever university he chooses, on the condition he becomes a professor and lecturer at their university. teaching has always been a thought at the back of Alexsei's mind but he had never thought that it could be a dream he would be able to peruse, even when he was younger he enjoyed teaching all the other students the theories behind quantum mechanics even if he didn't fully understand himself, which he would know. He hesitantly decides to call the number listed on the back of the letter and says he would be delighted, even though he knew nothing about the university, luckily he knew Japanese from his parents who taught this language to him from a young age as they were Japanese nationalists themselves, they use to speak this language in the household which he would now find to be a useful skill.
After his first few years into his A levels of Physics, Maths and chemistry, he would have monthly catch ups with the professor to which he would explain his process and any difficulties, which he didnt have many as this stuff kind of came easy to him, there was one thing though which use to always be a topic of conversation and that would be fitting in. As a young child, he has always been different, because he was so developed he would find himself talking to teachers instead of students, he was never into foot ball which instead he was into quiet time and books which was all he was brought up on, but one thing that the professor said that day stuck into his mind and it was "Being smart is not a gift, nor is it a curse, but a door way to open yourself to change and to share your wisdom" which got Alex through his years of college.
When he joined university he was so excited as he was drawing so close to his final years until he was able to meet the professor again and go into teaching the new generations to come, however during his second year at Moscow state university, he would receive a call from Tokyo, to Alex's surprise it wasn't the professor but another male, who stated that Ito Takahashi was dead, of course Alexsei didnt know who this was to which he later put the pieces together and found out it was the professor, this caused him to consider taking a gap year, however he instead pushed this to drive him into completing his course and being the top scorer in each exam, Alex passed his course 2 years early due to this, and would later now be a professor in Tokyo and would some nights think to himself how grateful he is to be in the position he is now and every time he looks at the new university students he is teaching, it reminds him of the professor and he lives by the same morels he was taught by the father like figure.
Although Alexsei liked his job, he later found the environment to be toxic and he left, handed in his notice and politely said by to everyone, as he was nice, he was respected for his work and everything he did to contribute, he found a job entry for a college professor in a small city called Karakura, he wondered if this was maybe the change he needed. He booked his train tickets and took a train to see the city, he got an apartment with his savings and would later set out to looking for more jobs as back ups.

When he joined university he was so excited as he was drawing so close to his final years until he was able to meet the professor again and go into teaching the new generations to come, however during his second year at Moscow state university, he would receive a call from Tokyo, to Alex's surprise it wasn't the professor but another male, who stated that Ito Takahashi was dead, of course Alexsei didnt know who this was to which he later put the pieces together and found out it was the professor, this caused him to consider taking a gap year, however he instead pushed this to drive him into completing his course and being the top scorer in each exam, Alex passed his course 2 years early due to this, and would later now be a professor in Tokyo and would some nights think to himself how grateful he is to be in the position he is now and every time he looks at the new university students he is teaching, it reminds him of the professor and he lives by the same morels he was taught by the father like figure.
Although Alexsei liked his job, he later found the environment to be toxic and he left, handed in his notice and politely said by to everyone, as he was nice, he was respected for his work and everything he did to contribute, he found a job entry for a college professor in a small city called Karakura, he wondered if this was maybe the change he needed. He booked his train tickets and took a train to see the city, he got an apartment with his savings and would later set out to looking for more jobs as back ups.

The university were making staff cuts, i took the initiative to leave and find somewhere where i
