Pink and Black No Texture Blocks

So i played this game and did the usual, download the resource pack, wait, and then play; worked perfectly; but yesterday there were a couple server bugs and they fixed it however, the texture pack has been broken since and I've tried everything on the help page. Thanks

I had that problem and what I did is change my minecraft version to 1.12.2

The server was really buggy yesterday. It should work now.
