Shop Information

What shop are you applying for?:

Igen’noaru

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
During my time on SRP, I have always been selling things. I have sold alcohol and other items for the gang Black Dragons for over a year now. I sell to the BMD directly under a contract being the only person to have a contract with the BMD as an individual, I have influenced other gangs to also sell alcohol and items to people to gain money. Many other gangs come to me with opinions and help to do this concurrently while also keeping my business afloat making millions every month in sales.
Selling things has been my main passion on this server and being a Shopkeeper is the next step to achieving that goal.

Since Flowersak left the shop faction I have been talking to staff trying to make the shop applications get checked more often and overall better run. Once Flower came back to the moderator team I knew that they would eventually be the lead if they got promoted. Then I applied to every job I could and DM’d most of the shopkeepers if they were hiring for their job, it even became a joke with multiple staff members knowing that I bug shopkeepers for applications and openings if I become an employee at their store.
Now being a part of multiple jobs, including Yeobo, Kiku Dokyo, 11/7, Umisachi, and Rotasu Music, I now know the shop panel inside and out. I also constantly ask shopkeepers questions about their shop, figuring out how they get their stock, how they figure out how much to get restocked, how much they make, etc. I believe that I know a lot about Shopkeeping because of this.

I think that Shopkeepers are well respected and is an enjoyable role to get on the server. Overall the shopkeeping job has been a dream for me to get on this server and that’s why I want to become a Shopkeeper.

What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
I envision my shop as more than just a shop, it's going to be a destination in itself, a place where people come not only to purchase items but to immerse themselves in a unique atmosphere. The ambiance will be an inviting environment that encourages customers to shop and relax.

From the moment customers step through the door, they'll be greeted by a blend of background music, pleasing aromas, and a thoroughly designed decor. This will all create a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and comfortable shopping, helping customers unwind and shop with ease.

The staff will be a crucial part of this experience. Every employee will be trained not only to provide excellent service but to engage with customers on a personal level. They'll be knowledgeable about the products, able to provide insightful recommendations, and genuinely interested in building relationships with the customers. The goal is for customers to feel known and valued, creating a sense of community and belonging.

We'll also offer a variety of in-store events and activities to draw people in and give them reasons to return. These could range from product introductions to suggestions about future products. Each event will be designed to enhance the customer experience and foster a sense of connection and community.

The shop's layout will be fluid and constantly changing, allowing for constant updates and creating different environments that keep the atmosphere fresh and interesting. Regularly rotating displays and themed sections will give customers something new to discover on each visit for customer retention.

Ultimately, I want my shop to be a place where customers come not just for the products but for the entire experience. They'll know they can come in to browse, chat with the staff, and leave feeling uplifted and appreciated. By creating a memorable and enjoyable experience, we aim to build a loyal customer base that sees our shop as a place to shop and stay.

What will your shop's uniforms look like?

In many accessory stores, such as Sayonara Gift Shop, employees typically wear a uniform that is both practical and easily recognizable. This uniform consists of a simple apron featuring the store’s logo prominently displayed on the front. Complementing the apron are whitish blue pants that provide a clean, professional look while ensuring comfort for long hours of work. Completing the ensemble is a bright yellow undershirt, adding a cheerful pop of color that enhances the overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the store. This combination of attire not only promotes a cohesive team image but also ensures that employees are easily identifiable to customers, facilitating better service and a more pleasant shopping experience.
