In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: A school nurse’s job is to assess, provide, and evaluate the health and development of the students that come to the office. Nurses normally communicate with students, families, and health care providers to ensure that they are giving students the best care that they can. They create assessments and provide medical information to any school staff that works with the student.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I first started playing on the SchoolRP server in late 2018 and have had numerous roles and have played on in that time multiple servers.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: Kiara would react as calmly as possible, requesting that the student stop and explaining how their behavior is unacceptable. If the student does not calm down, Kiara would proceed to warn them, tell the student to leave the area, and go about their day. If this does not work, then she would go through the correct levels of discipline.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: Kiara would walk over to the situation as calmly as possible and request that the students stop in a calm but commanding tone. If that were not to work, Kiara would then try to find a teacher or councilor if there was one close by to try and resolve the situation.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Kiara would approach her co-worker in a friendly but professional manner, calmly attempting to try to get the other employee to stop what they are doing. Kiara would then explain to the other employee that their actions are unacceptable and may cause further issues in the workplace, which no one would like to see. If there were further issues or reasoning for why the employee was acting the way that they were, Kiara would plan to hear them out and let them explain themselves calmly.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: Once locating the break room, she would walk inside and sit down, pulling out a book and a small bottle of water to keep herself busy. If people were to walk in then she would send a small greeting their way, also attempting to engage in conversation if one were to start up.

/me She helped the student into the office and sat them down on the bed, leaving them for a moment to grab the thermometer to take the student’s temperature. Once the results had come back she checked the student over for any visible injuries, accurately dealing with them.
/me She took in a large sigh at the sight of the drunken student, that was sat down on the bed before leaving and grabbing a bottle of water and some fruit, handing them to the child and suggesting that they eat and have a drink to sober themselves up.
/me She pulled open the small freezer, pulling one of the small ice packs out of it before she grabbed a small paper towel and wrapped the small ice pack up to prevent any further kinds of injuries. Kiara then walked back over to the student and offered it to them, suggesting that the student may place that on their injury.

Backstory
Kiara Ikari was born an only child in Karakura, Japan, to loving parents. They had a steady income due to her father working at the hospital, though her mother was a volunteer worker. As she was growing up, Kiara aspired to be as kind and hardworking as her parents, often asking questions about what they were doing or did that very day to get better insight into what she needed to do. Her parents brought up Kiara to always help others and to be the best possible version of herself that she could be, which caused her to aspire to go down the same career path as her father.
Kiara spent most of her school life studying to become a nurse, which took up a lot of her free time. She began to become more quizzical towards her father at every chance she got, considering she wanted to follow in his steps and become as helpful as him. Once, Kiara had graduated, she proceeded to go off to medical school. While in medical school, Kiara began to struggle with the new information and experiences she was going through. In turn, despite how her earlier life went, Kiara opted to make some friends, as she had not bothered to before.
During her time at medical school, Kiara had ended up with around six total friends, which she was satisfied with. The small friend group that she ended up with had helped her with her studying when she had needed it, resulting in her passing through medical school without any further issue. Kiara kept her friends at a distance unless she needed their help, choosing to instead only speak to them when she needed help. She opted to spend most of her time alone to study and perfect her knowledge.
Once Kiara had graduated from medical school, she went on to apply for a nurse position at Karakura High School. She was happy with her choice and remains working there since she graduated.
Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for applying to join the KHS team is that I have always been interested in helping others and making sure they are healthy. I have always enjoyed helping others and nursing is something I enjoy, and I would like to bring that passion over to the server. I would like to do my best to help the students that need it and provide the best care and a clean, healthy general environment.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"): I do have previous knowledge of working in the school environment as I have worked here before as a tutor, though this was quite some time ago now.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I am prepared to do what it takes to make sure the students remain healthy and happy while on the school premises. I believe with my prior knowledge, I will be able to do what it takes to make sure that students leave the school in the best possible health. I want to make sure that the students feel safe and that they can open up freely about things that may be troubling them or any issues they may have, and get them the best help possible.
