What is your motivation for applying?: My motivation for applying to become a cop is to make the citizens on the server to think more thoroughly about what the consequences will be if they do something illegal, I want to make it more of a struggle for the people who do something illegal on the server and make it harder for them to do their crimes without getting caught. I’m mainly I'm wanting to keep the citizens safe from all the harm that could go on in Karakura. The other policemen and women I will keep safe as well if it is needed. I cope well with different challenges throughout the town and wish to experience more once I get accepted. Law enforcement is the one thing that I'm good at and hope I can learn more from the other officers like different tactics and situations.
Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct?
I do very well, though I'm still looking over the laws though so a refresher would be nice oocly or icly
What are the Police ranks?
Police-commissioner - you oversee, and are in charge of the whole KPD.
Police-captain - is the second-highest rank in the KPD, you can now
test cadets through their training.
Head Lieutenant - the third-highest, keeping rule and watching over the lower ranks, reporting anything disruptive with the lower ranks to the captain and commissioner while also taking matters into their own hands.
Vice Head Lieutenant - second in command to the head lieutenant and assisting them with the lower ranks, overseeing.
Police-Lieutenant - you are now trusted with a gun you still oversee the other officers.
Police-corporal - Is the third rank you are now able to train cadets.
Patrol-Officer - the next rank in the KPD after you pass your cadet test.
Police-Cadet - You're the lowest rank in the KPD and going through training.
Head Investigator - leads the investigators, oversees the ability of investigators.
Investigator - passed their test and is no longer a trainee, assisting in solving cases and investigating further.
Trainee Investigator - a trainee that had to go through training to become an investigator.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
know that the police are there to take care of the community and keep it safe, they keep law enforcement in check and try keeping the peace, protection of people, property and the investigation of crimes. Police have the legal authority to arrest and detain, usually granted by magistrates. Police officers also respond to emergency calls, along with routine community policing and patrols to keep the streets safe for example; Basic patrolling, paperwork, manhunts, possible searches, Keeping all Highschool students in school during school hours, Making sure no Highschool students are ditching school during school hours,
Taking witness Reports/Normal Reports, and making sure the citizens of Karakura are staying inline.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police are important for SchoolRp because they keep the server more lively and realistic. They also make the server much harder for gangrpers or anyone doing anything illegal but helps the other citizens in need. The police officers try to keep Karakura peaceful and away from all the danger as much as they can. The Police Officers of Karakura are people you can rely on and call for help anytime. They even help out in situations dealing with suicide, trying their best to keep everyone calm and safe for any citizens.
Do you acknowledge that applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role? Yes, im fully dedicated to the Police-Officer (or Police-Investigator) role this time, and im not going to step down, im dedicated and ill try to pour everything I have into it.

Yes, and if im not on when training is going on ill be sure to log on, or if im online ill go to where the training will be held as soon as possible if I do end up late it could be that I was AFK but ill be sure to make it to each training session.
Do you acknowledge that you’re subject to IC harassment, and you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations? yes, and ill stray away from taking things IC, there's always a reason for IC harassment and its not the best to take it OOC because theres no reason for it.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how he looks, what makes his unique?
-Lance Cameron McLane is a French Male. He has a soft 5 o'clock shadow, blue eyes, clear pale skin and soft black hair. He stands at roughly 6 foot 1 inch, His french accent is semi-thick but still understandable and smells very lightly of Pino Silvestre Cologne.
What he’s like on and off the job?
-on the job, he’s quite visual and will keep his eyes open for anything regarding criminal acts, he keeps a lookout for anything that could be illegal or even IS illegal, and won't hesitate to follow orders on command. He has a huge urge to not disappoint either so he’ll work as hard as he can to do well. He normally tends to keep calm yet serious in situations keeping determined no matter the challenge, he believes there always room for improvement and if he needs to work on something he wants to find out as soon as possible.
-Off the job, he has a need to keep following the rules, of course, when he’s off shift he takes the time to talk with loved ones but he also keeps an eye for anyone doing anything suspicious. If he's not able to work then he’ll let other officers know. If he's on the job he’ll radio to the other officers on what's going on or what he saw. Though if hes not worrying about working hes either with his lover or friends taking time to himself relax a bit though keeping in mind he wont hesitate to 'break the whip' of someones doing something illegal and rathers things stay orderly.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?: his outlook on co-workers range though he sees them all with more respect as they've been there longer, he'd still ask them for advice or help if it's absolutely necessary. In the future, Lance plans on getting married and having a family. He tends to see the good in everyone and keeps In mind everyones been through something which helps him understand people if they're overly stressed, he cares about people even his co workers.
BACKSTORY:
Lance Mclane was born in the eastern side of France, the more populated and rich sort of side of it for [18] years. Though as a child he was abused, mentally and physically to the point it felt as if it was torture he tried to work through it, though at the age of [5] his mother abandoned him and his father, kicking them both out of the house for good causing him and his father to live on the streets for a year till his father finally bought an apartment. Moving ahead a bit to when Lance Mclane was [8] his father died from lung cancer which was caused by a tumour in his right side, though Lance was along he still had his aunt who took care of him after both parents left, she wasn't the best to raise a child but she gave him a place to stay to keep warm and a place to come home from school which she enrolled him in.
At the age of [16], he began to look at schools and trips abroad he could go to, it started with looking in Spain, then Canada, eventually Ukraine but he ended up choosing Japan, he heard interesting things about japan and wanted to see for himself and one of those schools was in a place called Karakura, during the last two years in France he took those two years to practice Japanese and got fluent enough in it though his original french accent still peeks in here and there when he speaks. Once he turned [18] he finally moved to Karakura japan to finish school there which was his last year of high school and then college, In college, he began to learn a bit more about law enforcement which he was most interested in. he thought about it a lot during classes that he was too major in it, to pursue Law enforcement alongside legal studies. Once Lance graduated College in Karakura at [19] he actually went to a police academy for as long as he needed, once he passed, he began to look for jobs, love life and of course a place to stay. He ended up finding an apartment to rent out that he's still currently living in then began to look for a job. The first job that noticed was available was being an officer. Though he didn't want to be an original officer, he felt the need to be an investigator so he put an application in for it and began to wait, as he waited he ended up finding himself a love life which made his waiting go faster it seemed, day’s went by quickly.
