On SRP I try to be as active as I can be. From Monday to Thursday I usualy tend to join in at 8pm but I am not online everyday from Monday to Thursday. On Friday I am available from 3pm till 4pm and then later in the evening from 8pm or 7pm and then until 10pm or bit later. On Saturday and Sunday I usualy join at 7pm or 8pm.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying for nurse.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A nurse is a school employee working at school who treats sick or injured students. If a student is injured the nurse will treat it accordingly for example if the student has a small wound the nurse will clean it and bandage it up. If the wound is more severe the nurse will provide first aid by cleaning the wound and bandaging to prevent further bleeding and then will proceed by calling EMS. If the student is sick the nurse will give them some over the counter medicine and advise them to get checked out by a doctor after school.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I first started roleplaying on Roblox. On Roblox I at first roleplayed in Royale High and Adopt Me, later on I joined Robloxian General hospital and roleplayed there as a patient before attending trainings to get a doctor rank. I now still sometimes hop on Roblox and roleplay there. As for SRP I joined it in 2023 late summer and have been roleplaying here ever since. In SRP i engange in many diferent kinds of roleplay. On SRP I mainly roleplay with one of my character’s friends (depending on which character I am on). If I am not roleplaying with my character’s friends I am making friends or just wandering around.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
School employee faction seems fun and interesting. School employee faction is versatile and has many different positions you can apply for and I would love to be part of it. Being part of the school employee faction would give me an oppurtunity to engage in new type of roleplay and roleplay with different people. Now before I also mentioned that I find the school faction interesting I find it interesting because how it has many different positions and how they can all work together to make the life at school better for the students and the rest of the employees and I would love to contribute to that.

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
She would kindly tell the student to stop cursing and to calm down. She would also try to calm the student down by reasoning with them and guiding them through some breathing exercises to help them. If the student does not listen a warning will be given. If the student after that still continues to act that way she will give a second warning but if the student still doesn’t listen a third warning will be given and if it continues detention will be given.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She will at first try to seperate the students to ensure no more punches are thrown. After the students have been seperated she will ask both students what happened and will then listen to both sides off the story. If there were any witnesses she will also ask them what happened. Once she has gathered info about what happened she will inspect both of the students knuckles to see if there is any bruising. If one of the students has bruising on the knuckles it means that they have thrown a punch if both have bruises on their knuckles then that means they both have thrown at least one punch. If there is CCTV in the area she will ask a caretaker to check the footage. By checking the footage she can get any extra info about the situation. Once all the info has been gathered she will give detention to the student who punched/hurt the student, if both students punched/kicked/hurt/ one another both will receive detention. After that is done she will inspect the students for any injuries that need treatment. If during any point of the time she spots a serious injury that needs immediate attention she will then deal with that by either bandaging the injury, applying ice, stabalizing the injury or calling EMS if the injuries are in need of medical attention that cannot be provided in school by the nurse and then will continue with the rest.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would kindly tell the school employee to stop acting that way. If the employee does not stop she will then tell them again. However if the employee continues acting the same way she will tell an higher up for example an SLT member.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the break room she would be calm and composed. If anyone needed her help she would be happy to help them. However if she is not needed she would either be just chilling or chatting with other faculty members.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me (treating a sc**** on the knee)
/me would walk over to the cabinet and take out antiseptic solution, gauze pads and a roll of bandages. She then would proceed by crouching down infront of the student and rolling up their pant leg to get a better look at the sc****. After inspecting the sc**** she would take a gauze pad and soak it with the antiseptic solution and would then look up at the student and say: ,,This is gonna sting a bit but I need to clean the wound. So brace yourself, okay?. Then would lower the antiseptic gauze pad onto the wound cleaning it thoroughly before grabbing another gauze pad and applying it to the wound and wrapping bandages around it to make sure it stays secure and won’t fall off. She then would address the student and say: ,,All done. You did great. You are free to go, just be careful, okay?
/me (treating a bruise on the head)
/me would approach the student and brush away any hair that was obstructing the view of the bruise. Then would inspect the wound by looking at it and lightly touching it and the area around it. After that was done she would walk over to the mini fridge and grab an ice pack from it alongside with a small towel from the nearby cabinet. Once she had made her way back to the student she would put the towel on the bruise first and then the ice pack to make sure the ice pack doesn’t have direct contact with the skin/bruise. ,,Keep that on there for me, okay?“ she would say with a calm voice while grabbing a penlight from her scrubs pocket and shining it in the students left eye and then her right eye to check how her pupils reacted to light to see if the student had a concussion or not. After that she would instruct the student to follow the light with her eyes only. Once her assesment was done she would say to the student in a calm and reassauring tone of voice ,,You only have a bruise on your forehead which is nothing serious so you will be fine. You are free to go now."
/me (treating a student who is having an allergic reaction/anaphylaxic reaction)
/me would approach the student ask them what symptoms they are. Then would go over to the nearby cabinet and grab a blood pressure cuff, pulse oximeter a stethoscope and her penlight. She then would check the students vitals and listen to her breathing and heart using her stethascope. After that was done she would ask the student to open her mouth before turning on the penlight and shining the light in her throat to check for any swelling or redness. Once that was done she concucled from her assesment that the student was having an anaphylaxic reaction. She then would quickly run over to the cabinet and grab the epipen from it. Once she made her way back to the student she would inject her with the epipen. After that she would closely monitor the students vitals.

Backstory
Alaya was born in Tallinn the capital city of Estonia to Maria Jõgi and Yuko Hitashi. She spent the first 8 years of her life living in Estonia. During her life in Estonia she made friends and attented kindergarten. A few weeks after she turned 8 her parents discussed the possibilty of them moving to Tokyo as her dad got a job offer in Tokyo. After a discussing it and weighing the pros and cons her family decided to move to Japan. Alaya attented a school in Tokyo before she decided to move to live with her aunt at 15 to enjoy a more peaceful and calm life in Karakura. When she first arrived to Karakura her aunt showed her around and told her a little about Karakura. The first few weeks she spent in Karakura were mainly spent on getting to know the people there and where everything is. One of her favourite places during these few weeks became the forest despite a tragic event that happened in the forest when she was 16. When she was 16 she went on a stroll in the forest thinking it was gonna be a normal a day when she suddently was nudged into a cave by a bear. That day did not end well for her as she ended up loosing her whole right leg. When she was 17 she bought herself an apartment with the help of her parents. She also found herself a boyfriend that later broke up with her. After some time she decided to try out for modeling and applied to Hoshino Productions and got accepted into it. She was very happy about that. When she finished highschool she decided to go to collage and major in pre-med so she can be well prepared for med school. After finishing collage she applied for Keio University in Tokyo. She ended up getting accepted and she was thrilled. Once she finished med school she applied for a nurse position at Karakura School.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
I have always been interested in medicine. After I graduated collage I went to Keio University in Tokyo and studied emergency medicine. At first after graduating I thought about applying for doctor at the Karakura Hospital but I had a mental block thinking I can’t do it and that I am not fit for it. So I decided to apply for the nurse position at Karakura School as here it would be more calm and I could figure my things out. But now I have started to like the idea of working here at Karakura School. Either way I am excited to be potentialy working here and helping everyone else here.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I take my job seriously and whenever I am at work I act proffesionaly. Whenever I am treating someone I do it with confidence and precision to ensure the best outcome for the for the person i am treating. I am commited to my job and generaly to any job I do. I always try to be the best I can be at what I do. Now of course I can not be the best of the best at what I do but whenever I am treating someone I give it all I got. Now as a person I am open-minded and treat people with kindness.
