Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
Yes, I have been banned like 9 months ago because I didn't understand the rules really well. But now I have changed a LOT.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
Yes, I can ensure that I will come on very often on the server as much as I can.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
Yup, I know that I can be fired In Character-ly. So I will follow the rules and make sure I don't do any mistakes that can cause me to get fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The private tutor is a role that educates students who are in serious trouble learning their subjects. The Private tutor is hired by the student or even parents themselves for the kid to succeed in their subjects and so they are better educated. The private tutor always tries their best to make sure the kid is well educated after they are done tutoring them. The private tutor has to be nice, calm, and not pressuring at all to the student to show the student they are there to help them succeed and not to give them a hard time.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
Yes, I do have a few experiences, but not on Minecraft.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Yes, I do have experience in many types of roleplays, I think that TutorRP is best for me and I can fit in because I have a decent experience with it and it suits what I can do as a tutor to help students succeed.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, I am really familiar with the job. The Private tutor gives students who are struggling with any subject some more education then a regular student would need. The Private tutor would be nice and respectful and he/she would try his best to educate the struggling student. Since the Private tutor is more educated than the student, it would be easy for the private tutor to educate the student, eventually, the student would have a good amount of education to graduate.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would ask the student if he can change his behavior since I'm just trying to help him succeed in life.
I would be very calm and tell the student to stop if he/she continues I would talk to the student saying I will stop being your private tutor if you continue. If he still continues to be disrespectful, I would talk to the principal about it calmly.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would decline at first since I do not want to do any hazardous job. If the school principal threatens me to do it or else I get fired, I would accept it because I am not trying to lose my job at all.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would ask the individual to stop, and I would try my best to take photo evidence of him/her doing the dangerous thing. If he/she doesn't, I'll simply just go straight to the principal and tell him everything that the person has done. If he's/she's acting out of order I will also talk to another school employee or the principal himself about it.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
I want to help kids that are struggling with subjects asap. And then gladly educate them nicely with calmness and no pressure, intimidation, or harm. Since we want kids to graduate into College and become an adult. I want to make sure kids succeed in Karakura city and hope they live a good life with a great education.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Because I understand what I will be doing as a Tutor, I am supposed to help kids that are struggling with the subjects/courses they do not understand since them or their parents hired me to help them with the subjects/courses they don't understand, It is my mission to privately educate them so they graduate and become more educated. I am supposed to teach them that what they do not understand, and If they don't understand I will continue to put full effort and trying my best to educate the struggling student as much as possible so they can graduate to College. I won't have any anger issues and put too much pressure on the students, I am supposed to be educating them peacefully, not harming or disrespecting them.
