I have been banned twice. Once in my early days for ERP, though, I have learned from this mistake and I have not repeated it and I do not plan to. My second banned was sometime in 2019 for duping, however, I regret this very much, and ever since my unban I haven't had any infractions and I plan to keep this streak up.
Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
Recently, I have not been as active on the server due to me waiting for my skin to be made. However, normally I am on at least two to three hours daily. On the forums, I'm active almost every day for twenty minutes or more.

The school employee role I am applying for is a Private Tutor.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A private tutor is there to help students who may be struggling academically and help them better understand their work. Typically, students will set up an assigned time to meet with a private tutor for a certain amount of time. Within this time, a private tutor does her/his best to simplify the student's work to help them better understand.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes, I fully understand and comprehend that I can be ICly fired.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?:
Yes, I understand and do my absolute best to seriously roleplay.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying since I was about eight years old, being on the school roleplay server for about two to three years. I typically roleplay in games such as Grand Theft Auto 5, Unturned, Minecraft, Arma 3, and many more. Overall, I would say I am a very experienced roleplayer, however, I would not call myself a pro at roleplaying, as I still make a few mistakes here and there.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would stay calm and tell the student to watch his language and try to calm down as that behavior is not appropriate for school whatsoever. If they refuse to stop and continue on, I would ask them to tell me their name. From there, I would report them to a teacher, or the principal.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would gladly accept the job, however, if the job could end with me dying or being seriously injured I would reject the job due to it putting my life in danger.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would approach my co-worker, and kindly ask them to stop what they are doing and get back to work because they may get into trouble or possibly even fired. If they fail to do so, I wouldn't say anything else and go straight to a teacher or the principal to sort out the individual.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
While in the break room, my character would generally keep to himself, likely eat some lunch or drink something. However, he would be a very friendly person if another employee decided to sit down and speak to him. He tries his best to stay in a good mood while at work to avoid causing any issues.

/me would walk over to a table, gesturing for the student to sit down, then sitting down next to the student; taking out his supplies and neatly placing them on the table and looks to the student with a warm smile
/me would walk over to the counter, carrying a mug, he would gently set the mug on the counter and grab the coffee jug; he would then carefully fill up his mug with coffee. He'd take the mug, and walk to the table, sitting down and slowly sipping his coffee
/me would cross his arms on the table in a relaxed state, looking over the student's work in front of him before looking over to the student next to him and giving a smile along with a gentle pat on the back

Backstory
Akihiko was born into a loving family of three in Seoul, South Korea on June 4, 1986. He was raised by two happy, and loving parents. As the older brother to a younger sister, he knew from a young age that he had to set an example for his sister. So, he strived to be an educated and responsible person. In his early childhood years, he hung around with very few people as he considered himself too intelligent to hang around most of his peers. Akihiko's friends were typically a few years older than him but treated him as if he was the same age.
In highschool, Akihiko took an interest to the track team and tried out. He was accepted, being just exceptional though. He strived to be the best he could be at track, all while keeping up on his studies. Akihiko was generally a straight-A student, having mostly good grades.
Akihiko's parents were very proud of him; he was excelling in his classes all while doing track and going out just about every night. He tended to handle himself on his own and needed little to no direction throughout his childhood. He was a very self-centered person in his teen years.
When Akihiko turned eighteen, he immediately knew he wanted to go to college. He decided to apply for a scholarship to a community college in his hometown. He was accepted to SPRING Communications community college.
After finishing community college, he applied to Sungkyunkwan University. Being the great student he was, he was accepted. However, he did not get a scholarship and had to pay his tuition. Throughout university, he grew close to one particular person. A female named Hanako Suzuki. Hanako and Akihiko seemed to instantly click. They began to hang out every day, typically watching movies or taking walks through the park. However, their relationship came to an end when Akihiko graduated. Akihiko was very sad that Hanako no longer wished to speak to him because he decided to move to Karakura, Japan.
Once Akihiko settled down in Karakura, he wanted to look for a decent paying job. This led him up to applying for a position at KHS as a Private Tutor.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Akihiko had heard about this school after his move to Karakura from Seoul, South Korea. The school stood out to him and made him interested in applying for a role at KHS. He loved how organized the school is and met a few students who had gone there, that were now adults.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted over other applicants as I will work as hard as I can and ensure that the student's that I tutor receive my utmost respect and care. I also feel I should be accepted because I have multiple years of roleplay experience. I spend a lot of my time on the server actually roleplaying and trying to make other's roleplay situations interesting. I also, to my knowledge, have no issues with anyone on the SchoolRP server and I hopefully do not cause any issues for anyone. I also have some experience roleplaying in a school setting being a highschool-student for the majority of my roleplay on the server, but also being a college professor for a good month.
