School Employee Role you are Applying For: Private Tutor
How often do you log onto the server?: Very often. I had stopped logging in for the past couple weeks, but now I log in as often as I can.
Do you have discord? Yes, and I believe it's listed in my forum signature, but incase it isn't - foxed#1337
Do you have a microphone? Yes, but it's not of great quality.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I'm not actually too sure. I believe I may have been banned when my username was still altshiftkey for metagaming. This was over a year and a half ago, maybe even more, though.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A private tutor is someone who works with students individually to help them if they are struggling in a particular subject, and sometimes provide help with homework (and schoolwork?) in general. They might also help students with study skills. There are also different types of tutors, but I don't think I need to go over them for this application.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
No, not really.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I think the only experience I have with roleplay is on SchoolRP, so, that's about it.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
What private tutors do is quite similar to what I said in description of the role. If I was a private tutor, I would have to work with students one-on-one to progress in a particular subject or with their schoolwork in general, especially needed if they are struggling.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I will try to get the student to calm down. If that doesn't work, I will refuse to help them with their work until they finally calm down, and if it continues even further, I would contact the principal or another higher up.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would most likely do my best to complete the hazardous job. If I believe that I cannot complete it, or that it is too dangerous, then I will let the School Principal know that I can't complete it.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: If they are doing something very dangerous on the job, I would try to help out, and if they were acting very out of order - or even doing something dangerous and acting out of order - I would let the principal or another higher up know.

Motivation for Joining YHS: Would love to help out with any school and help kids to achieve a good future, also just really need a job.
Age: 19, nearly 20.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I'm currently majoring in Engineering, and I'm very good at other subjects! I also believe I am very communicative, creative, and compassionate, all of which would help me out in my job of being a private tutor.
