Yes, My discord is you#3269.
Do you have a microphone?
I do not.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
I have not ever been banned.
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
Yes. If I have an event that will take up my schedule, I shall make it clear for how long I will be unable to log on.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A private tutor is an instructor to a singular student or group of students who must teach specific subjects and give students a better understanding of the topic at hand. I also believe a private tutor should also act as a mentor and influence students into trying their best and understanding of how material should be taught at each level.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying for a total of 4 years, I spent a huge chunk of it on high school roleplays, So I am aware of whats a realistic thing for someone to do and what to do if someone is breaking the rules. I do not like how people can get so easily frustrated with new players. Yes, I agree that being new is not an excuse to not read the rules, but the way people can completely belittle new players and be like "OMG SKINDEXIAN ASDFGHJKL" makes me abit frustrated.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Again, I've roleplayed for 4 years in total and have been creating characters for 6. I like the feeling of escapism and the creativity other people can radiate, but it also can lead to people being abit unrealistic. I feel that people should understand what their characters fears or limits are, as they are humans with flaws.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
I taught basic Electric Guitar for a short period and got paid enough, but stopped because I ultimately didn't have time for it. I realized how different people can actually be in their learning capabilities. I know that some people can easily become very good at something while others cannot, even if they are fueled by a passion. I do believe having a passion for the thing you are doing helps a great amount, however.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would probably try to be like "well ok why" and figure out why they think such a thing. I also believe that if they start cursing at an adult or a faculty member in such a manner that they must be dealt with firmly, as a lack of respect is not something that you can fix overnight. Maybe something is making them emotionally unstable or insecure, but that's just another reason to have to be slightly gentle with them, So be polite but firm.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I'd understand why they want me specifically to do this act. Maybe they are too fearful to do this act and it will potentially damage their reputation or their self-image, but if it is something that can harm me or someone, sorry. You must stand your ground and not be pushed around to do everything just because you were told to.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
You should understand that they are infact adults and have been selected to do their job, and it takes alot to break someone like that. I'd feel empathy and kind of be like "yeah me too", but i'd also need to remind them that they may be influencing the students into doing such a thing and that it is not a very good idea. I'd also remind them after they've calmed down that even if you've done such a thing, as long as you felt guilt or remorse you are not weak.

Applicant Name: Sueki Hui
Chosen Job: Private Tutor
Motivation for Joining YHS:
I have always believed that YHS is a great school with a perfect balance between discipline, happiness and learning. Whilst attending classes, I always found it slightly sad to see people struggling whilst other people were completely with the teacher and what they were saying. I'd like to help to erase all thoughts of negativity, as many students associate academic performance with self-worth. So, I decided that I would like to help all those people to excel at what they are struggling with and feel better about themselves.
Age:
21
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I have always had a passion for helping others, whilst YHS is a wonderful school there are some employees that look like they are slightly robotic and do not want to be there. I can guarentee if I worked at YHS I would try my best to make the students feel as if school was not just a process you had to get through in life, but a necessary learning experience.
