Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I was banned once about a year ago for not FearRPing, I was new at that time.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, Unless I'm busy.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: As a private tutor my job would be to teach subjects to a student or a group of students in a private, non-cassroom setting and helping them by instructing them in order to improve their study skills. I would review class materials and notes as well as plan and prepare lessons. I need to focus on each student’s individual needs and difficulties and adjust lessons to match the students learning style as well as explain difficult concepts in a clear way.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Prior to this I was a teacher assistant and I would like to revisit that, I just felt as if I didn't have the time nor motivation to get on the server at that point in my life.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I've been roleplaying for about two years before I joined school roleplay over a year ago, so I would say I've been roleplaying for about 4 years in total. On school roleplay I've been roleplaying as a high school student and a teacher assistant but currently I'm a collage student.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes, just like any normal tutor, they help students with difficulties or just studying in general outside of class. their goal is to help the student improve. They also need to be able to put up with the student no matter how annoying, fussy or rude the they are.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would calmly ask them to stop and tell them what they're doing is very immature, if I'm with a group of students I'll ask the student to step aside and speak to them outside telling them what they're going wont get them anywhere, if this doesnt work I'll raise my voice trying to make them stop. If that doesnt work I'll simply contact a higher role staff to help me deal with them.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: At first I would probably be quite confused depending on the task, I would ask to get further information as well as instructions about the hazardous job so I'll know exactly what to do and not to do in order to not get injured. I would then call for other staff members to help me, if needed and if I'm allowed of course. In order to keep everyone safe I would grab a first aid kit just in case anyone gets injured.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: If what they're doing is very dangerous I would make sure to keep the students away as well as yell at the employee to stop whatever they're going, if they wont comply I'll call over other staff to help me keep everyone safe. If they're acting out of order I'll do what I can to help them and make sure they're okay, if they need medical help I'll get them some medical equipment or help them to a nurse depending on what's wrong. If it doesnt seem to be anything medical I'll simply help in any way I can, by giving advice or listening to what's wrong.

Motivation for Joining YHS: As I grew up I spent a lot time with my neighbours, helping them with their homework. I love helping people and I have been informed by many that Karakura highschool is the best school in Japan and would love to improve it further as well as help students get a better start of their life.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I should be accepted over the other applicants because I've had experience helping people with this kind of stuff. I'm very hard working and I would say I'm really patient, I would probably be able to put up with the students no matter how annoying, fussy and rude they are.
