Yes, I can ensure that I will often come on most days of the week, and almost guaranteed on the weekends. Most of my school work is done on screen, so if I'm not online I would still be active enough when I'm needed.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The role of private tutor would help provide certain educational needs depending on students, their provided subjects and set ages. A private tutor would help students of all ages, whether that's students from primary, middle school, or even college under certain circumstances. A primary school private tutor would help children from grades 1-8 with the basics, such as reading, writing, basic math, or even language arts. A middle school private tutor, on the other hand, would increase the needs being provided for the young students from the grade 9-12, assisting them with algebra, alternative languages, history, science, advanced language arts, and many more subjects and classes. Generally, private tutors are self-employed for there own business operating from there own resources and brand, but this isn't always the case. Private tutors would often work for community literacy centers, tutors here would enhance classroom instruction by working with students who need additional help with their classroom needs. Private tutors could work out of home or plan meetings at a nearby library, education center, or even at school where it would be accessible for students, parents, and teachers.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I used to roleplay on a server prior to me joining, the server was far different from this community, it was open to all kinds of roleplay, fantasy, anime, school, etc. I used to roleplay as a teacher, a professor, I used to teach, hand out school work, and help students with there provided work, I would test them of there knowledge, and hand out optional assignments. I'm not sure how different a private tutor would be from this experience, but I'm looking to stretch this kind of experience field forward in a much less stressful way.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been roleplaying for quite a while now, I started with roleplay back in late 2015 while I was still in primary, it started off small, I would roleplay as a citizen, small roles. As time gradually passed I would hold a bigger role, such as a teacher, professor, and would have more knowledge and experience with roleplay.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
You will hold the responsibility to tutor students in a one to one scenario, usually hourly based. Private tutors would prepare assignments and activities for the students that are handed to you, helping them to get improved scores, even helping them improve passing grades.
You will also listen to the parents, figuring out what subjects the student is strong and weak in, balancing what subjects he/she needs to work on to achieve better grades, and overall how to become a better person in he/she's personal and academic life in general.
We are hired to help students gain more academic credits, and scores. Parents would trust us to prepare their students for the test, exams, and just overall improve their academic standards for their future academic plans, and career choices.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
Usually, I would ignore him and brush him off, if he doesn't stop however and would continue, I would tell him to stop and warn him of the consequences, now that I have done everything I could, I would tell one of his teachers, or a higher staff member, if there aren't any around I would mark his name down, memorize his face, if needed, ask him/her for one of their form of identification and later tell the most recent teacher or official I see.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
To start off, being a private tutor, I would be confused about why he chose me for the dangerous job and would question him a bit about the situation. After talking to the principle, and would understand why he chose me, I would continue and finish my job with caution, making sure to take precautions, such as wearing the proper attire, mask, gloves and making sure there aren't any students nearby while I do the dangerous assignment. After I'm done with my task, I would report back to the principle and inform him of what has been done, how it was done, and how I completed it.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would ****yze the current situation and ask him/she what she's doing in detail, caring for the health and well being of students, I would make sure that there aren't any around, and that none are getting near the current situation. After everything with the students is settled, I would tell him to be cautious since what he is doing very dangerous for himself, and the safety of others. If he doesn't stop I'll contact one of the higher officials, and in detail tell them what the situation is, and then leave the rest to them since I don't have power over employees, and other staff on campus.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
As the older brother of a family of five, I've always helped my siblings with their school work and was always hard on them to succeed in life. After many years of assisting my brothers and sisters, I found passion in helping others with their academic life. After moving to Japan from overseas, and going to school, I chose to stick to my passions of tutoring, I used to help my friends with their work, push them to work harder, even annoying them a bit, I enjoyed it. I'm currently studying at a nearby college with this passion of mine still going strong to the present day and would love to make it official at YHS.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I always had liked tutoring, ever since I was a young boy teaching my sister basic math, it's just something I enjoy doing in my free time. After doing this for a long time, I found a passion for tutoring and figured out that I'm good at it, and would love to make it full-time. I know tutoring is a hard job, but I feel that my past experience in this field and my passion for the role would be a great addition to the school. I'm very hardworking and patient and have worked with many stubborn, ignorant and mentally challenged kids in the past, this should give me an idea of what I was to be facing if I were to be accepted into YHS. I'm not asking to be accepted over other applicants, I'm just saying how much good and positivity it could bring to the school and others if I were to be.
