In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Private tutors work with students to enhance their learning across different subjects and prepare them for educational qualifications and tests. The Private tutors also try to encourage the student to do better and not to rush in their work.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
My friend created a roleplaying server with me a few years ago. He had me and a few others as the staff on the server to help him as he was never on much. He had asked me to be a private tutor and help make kids lives better and I did that until the server got shut down.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying for the past two years on various different servers. I have also watched Videos of people roleplaying on servers and gained knowlege from that.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Private Tutors provide tailored tuition and offer specialist skills, methods or approaches to support individual learning needs. They provide one-on-one educational assistance to school students or to adults if required. Tutors help children improve their skills in reading, writing or math, as well as other subjects.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would react as calmly as possible and try to calm the student down. If they do no calm down I would talk to someone of higher authority and try to take the student to them. If the student does not allow me to take them to someone higher up, I would ask them to come to the student.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would react a bit hesitant at first just to try make sure if I did the job me or people around would not get injured. If people were to get injured I would request to stop doing the job as it is dangerous.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would try and calm them down and try to stop them from doing anything dangerous or potentionally harming to anyone else. As people should not be getting hurt in a safe enviroment like a school.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My motivation for joining YHS is to give students the best help I can into passing exams and tests. I also would like to help provide a better future for students and our futer generations, also to give all of the knowlege I have to them so they can use it for the beginning of their careers.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I think that I should be accepted over others because, I have more knowlege about being a Private tutor and would like to help the students have the best start to their careers.
