Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I was banned on my other account quite a long time ago for disconnecting during a police raid and I was suspected of duplicating the alcohol they found in my apartment. My internet cut out at the wrong time, and I had sufficient proof that I did not duplicate the alcohol I had as I had proof of each transaction where I bought large quantities of alcohol. I appealed this and it was accepted.
Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: I had a period of inactivity where I had quit SRP between the end of august, and the middle of October due to starting my first year at College. I now have a lot more free time, and I am much more on top of all my courses than I had thought. Before my inactivity, I was on for the majority of the day. Due to only having 15 hours a week of college classes, I will be able to play for at least three hours per day on the weekdays, if not more. At weekends I usually get around six or more hours.
School Employee Role you are Applying For: I am applying for the position of Private Tutor
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: It is a private tutors job to spend one-on-one time with a student, whether they be falling behind, managing, or exceeding in their subjects, in order to help them grasp aspects of learning they may be struggling with, or to help them raise to a higher degree. They help students, or even adults, to go over things that they need assistance with.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes I understand, and I will do my best to ensure that I do not do anything which can jeopardise my character's future career.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?: I understand how to roleplay seriously, especially since this role as a member of school staff requires a level of maturity.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My experiences in roleplay mainly come from SRP and FRP, as I have been playing on the server on and off since around early 2018.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: Due to my characters calm, loving nature, I would first attempt to speak with the student. I will try to convince the student to come and have a talk with me, and apologize if I have done anything which may have upset the student. If they would accept my invitation to come and have a calm, private chat, I would talk through with them the reason for their sudden outburst, and instead of reprimanding them I would focus on helping them overcome their anger. If they were refusing to cooperate, however, I would ask for their name and I would search for a teacher to help assist me with the student, due to knowing that they would be able to handle the student easier.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: Depending on whether I thought I could complete the job requested or not, I would do my best to complete the task as safely and efficiently as possible. However, if I knew that this certain task was too far out of my comfort zone, or a potential risk to my health I would request if the job was assigned to somebody else who is much more capable.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would approach my fellow Co-Worker with a smile, and would remind them to be cautious and to take a moment to collect themselves. If they were taking trouble with a student, I would attempt to defuse the situation and would help them sort out the issue with the student. If they kept up this irrational behaviour even after being given a warning, I would report this behaviour to a higherup.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? During this time, my character would typically prepare herself some food and drink, typically a cup of regular, British tea paired with some biscuits, and would sit indulged in a book enjoying the quiet. However, if there were other people in the room with her, she’d socialise with them and ask them how their day has been so far.

/me would take a moment to think, before turning around in her seat and would begin jostling around a stack of papers, slowly flipping through each page, her eyes scanning each briefly as she searched for the correct one to hand back to the student.
/me would smile brightly towards the student, as they approached her desk. She would stand up, fetching a chair from across the room and bringing it over for them as she spoke in a clear, calming voice “Come have a seat, what can I do for you today?”
/me had a bright look in her eyes as she worked through the students' answers, her smile widening at each correct ‘tick’ she wrote on the paper. Once finished sorting through the answers, she would look up at the student with a beaming grin “You did excellent! I’m proud of the improvements you have made”

Koru Ikari was born on the 18th of February, 1983 in a rural area. Her Father had left long before she was born, and she was raised by her Mother and Stepfather. Despite the child not being his, Koru was named after a japanese name, due to her Stepfather being of Japanese descent. Life was going well for her and her family for a few years, and her mother had even had another child, a half Japanese and half british child which goes by the name of Daisuke Ikari. However, everything changed once her Stepfather turned to alcohol after losing his job. Through this however, her mother remained loving, a quality that Koru inherited and still exhibits to this day. Despite trying to make the relationship work so her beloved children would have a father figure, she was left no choice but to divorce him when Koru was at the age of 12, and her brother was 8. They decided to move away to Japan, where they could start a new life.
Due to her ex-Stepfather speaking Japanese around the house, she had already begun to understand the basics of the language. Once arriving in Japan, she became fully invested in her studies and within the span of around two and a half years, she was able to speak Japanese as fluently as the majority of her classmates. She was able to live an enjoyable childhood, surrounded by new friends, her brother and her mother.
When she was 18, her friends persuaded her to sneak into a club and have some drinks. Despite previously denying them, she agreed, it was only one night afterall. However, she ended up having one drink too many, and lost all self control. The next morning, she swore to never drink in that capacity again, only allowing herself to have a small glass of wine with a meal. After experiencing intense stomach cramps and bloating over the past three months, she decided to go to the hospital where she was met with congratulations. She was pregnant ! She was confused, and panicked as she insisted it must be wrong. That was when she remembered that one drunken night, and that incredibly charming young man… She was unsure of how to break the news to her mother, and ended up breaking down in tears. Instead of reprimanding her for being so foolish, her mother comforted her greatly and insisted that everything was going to be alright, and that she would help to raise the child. When the day came for her to give birth however, she was met with an incredible surprise. She gave birth to twins, despite the other twin not being shown on the previous scans. She was unsure of whether she’d be able to care for a child, but once she saw the faces of her two beautiful twins, her motherly instincts kicked in and in that moment she had sworn she would do whatever it took to look after those precious children.
Due to having twins at such an early age, she made the decision to drop out of college and instead focus on her two children. After working two part time jobs in order to have enough money to support her family for twelve years, she was thirty and her children were able to mostly take care of themselves. She decided to go back and graduate from college to be able to finally get her dream job. It took two long years, and at the end she graduated with a masters degree at the age of 32 majoring in History and ICT and minoring in English and Maths. Once she had her degree, she and her children moved to Karakura where she sent her children to complete their final four years of highschool. She spent the next four years focusing on earning a teaching degree. Once she had her teaching degree, she looked into open positions at the local highschool and decided to apply for an open Private Tutor position.
Motivation for Joining KHS: Koru had always admired those working in Academics, and since being a young child had always dreamed of becoming a teacher. She focused on her studies as a child, and had been working towards her goal from a very young age. Due to sending her own children to Karakura highschool, she had seen first hand how beautiful and organized it was, and strived to someday be a part of the incredible academic staff team.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I personally believe that I should be accepted over the other applicants due to my hard working nature. I strike to always give my best, and have a passion for helping others. I have also played on SRP for quite a long time, but after so long, roleplaying as a student becomes repetitive and boring. However, if I was to become a Private Tutor, it would open up so many new roleplay opportunities for my character.
