Problematic Ban

So, two days ago, my bestfriend (ItzAshleyyyy_)'s wonderful ban appeal was accepted. We were overcome with joy and super excited to play together again. She immidiatly tried to log onto the server multiple times, and every time she was faced with the screen saying she was still banned. After this, I went online, and told banter- it showed in chat the he unbanned her and the right username, yet she still can't get back on. Her ban appeal definitely WAS accepted, and we are both struck with complete and utter confusion. She's been trying to log on, but it still says she's permanently IP-banned. If someone would be able to get back to me on this topic, that would be great!

She was probably unbanned but due to the ip-ban she couldn't get on the server. Like due to her ip being banned it made her fail to log on the server.

Okay, I have unbanned her twice now, If it does not work then I am sorry I cannot do anything else
If she has changed her name that could be the issue
