“Inspiring our Future.”

Welcome to the next step in Karakura’s education system, where enthusiastic players new and old are able to educate and entertain the more experienced player base with creative, interactive lesson plans. Embrace your passions to the fullest extent with the freedom to teach almost any course you could imagine within the confines of your classroom. From Medical Sciences to Law and Justice, you will inspire the future of Karakura.

The duties that are expected of a Professor are as follows: teaching and entertaining their students with engaging lessons, preparing lessons ahead of time to ensure a smooth learning experience, assigning homework to ensure student participation, enforcing Karakura High School's code of conduct on school grounds, and interacting with students of all ages and backgrounds.

Unqualified Professors will start with a base-pay of ¥350,000 for completing a minimum of 10 classes each month, but once reaching the status of Qualified Professor, they will have a base-pay of ¥400,000 for completing a minimum of 10 classes each month. Head of Department Professors have a base-pay of ¥450,000. For every 5 additional classes hosted after completing the minimum quota Professors receive +¥50,000 on top of their paycheck until the maximum amount for classes has been reached, ¥500,000. Professors will also have the chance to receive additional payment through attending faction events and assigning homework. In total, with classes and homework logs, a Professor can make up to ¥600,000.

Individual professors may only teach a maximum of three classes per OOC day to allow for others to have a chance to host as well but are allowed to exceed that limit if no other professors are online or not hosting.
