WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
The Teacher HDs would be able to supervise the untrained Professors for Classes
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
I often see Professors having classes prepared and not being able to hold a class because their HD or Dean isn’t available. If Teacher HDs were able to supervise them aswell, they could host classes more often. I suggest this because the Professor and Teacher Job seems not very different from each other. Feel free to tell me your opinion on this.

It's very neutral as I'm not sure if teacher's training and professor training are the same or not, coming from a professor account person, but it would be less inconvenient overall if HD of teachers would be able to.

Even though teachers and professors teach others, both of them are still different in many ways. So, if you were to take a teacher HD to train a professor, the professor wouldn't gain all the right information on training and that could be a problem.

Tippie resolved this problem within our faction with a new system. This is no longer needed.

Thank you for the suggestion however I believe there're better ways to solve the issue of supervised classes. An improvement has already been implemented and unqualified professors no longer need to be watched but do something else instead.
