If I were to describe my activity on the server from a scale of 1-10, i'd say it would be a 7.
I have been playing nearly daily ever since joining the server in April of 2023 wich is very much reflected in my Playtime.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying for the position of Tutor.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A Tutor is someone whose job revolves around helping students to reach their academic goals by revisiting subjects they might not have understood the first time. They create a warm and welcoming environment for any student that requires their help. They can also help with Homework. Their sessions can be one-on-one or even group sessions.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I would say I have a decent history with Roleplaroleplay-related and hobbies to enhance my roleplay.
Some of which include:
Writing: Not actively roleplaying per se, yet it enhances the understanding of topics such as displaying emotions,
internal thought processes and worldbuilding.
Dungeons and Dragons: I have offered quite a few groups of friends that I have gotten to know thanks to my time
on SRP to play the part of DM and run a few modules with them. Due to the usual issue of scheduling, it has more often
than not fallen flat, but I have been able to run a successful campaign with a few of my IRL friends. I am also currently helping
a friend with writing for a homebrew campaign.
LARP / Renaissance festival: LARP, also known as 'Live Action Roleplay' and Renaissance festivals, have quite a bit in common
as you step into the world and become a character in this fictional story yourself. I have sadly only gotten to go to one LARP
and two Renaissance festivals and yet I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and wish to at some point return to them.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
For all of my time playing on the server I have yet to play as anything other than a student at KHS. I wish to be able to change
that with this application. That is not my sole reason, quite a few of my friends have told me how much they adore being able to help
the students of Karakura find their way around the school and fill the time spent in school with memorable interactions. In short, I am
applying for the role of Tutor to experience the roleplay dynamic between teachers, tutors and students and to make the time spent in
school slightly more bearable.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Sitting at the tutoring desk, Yuzuki notices a group of students wandering towards her, laughing amongst themselves. Not paying
them too much mind as they aren't causing any chaos, her gaze returns to her psych textbook in her hands before "Oh look, it's another one of those
unlikeable, lonely tutors. Did the other Staff not like being seen around you or why is the tutoring area all the way out here? Hmm?" One student declared
mockingly, taking a step towards the booth as the others stood aside, grinning as they watched. " No, the desk is here of all places to ensure a quiet, comfortable place to study at.
If I wanted to i cou- " He took another step forward, clearly enjoying this. " yeah yeah, whatever you say pinkypie." Waving his hand around dismissively.
"If I actually cared for someone's opinion i'd ask someone of a higher status. I mean, tutor? Clearly, you could never manage anything better in life"
Yuzuki shoots the student a sharp glance. " I recommend you quit whatever you are trying to accomplish with this or else I will be seeing you in detention."
He'd let out an audible scoff," And you think that would scare me? You think I'll even attend? Yeah, no, i got better things to do than continue listening to you even
longer than needed. " A small mischievous smirk displaying on her face as she nods along " Dear, would you be so kind as to take my previous advice? I know you
must have had a hard day, but I can guide you to the counsellor's office if you like." Slamming both hands on the desk as he leans forward, stopping mere inches from
her face as he glares at her, " Pipe down, you know someone as pathetic as you can't order me around and really, you should stop reading that stupid book of yours.
We all know you would never even pass the tests. " With that, he would whirl around before— "You're not going anywhere" Yuzukis words were accompanied with the thud of
her book she had been reading slamming shut as she pulls out a detention slip, extending it towards the student "Next time, just take some advice and you two—" Her gaze shifting to the other two students whos laughing had subsided "Don't encourage such behaviour, understood?"
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
As Yuzuki makes her way down the hall towards front desk she hears commotion coming from the within the Librarys corridors. Swiftly turning the corner she would take
a second to take in the scene infront of her. Two students stand infront of eachother, screaming about how ones boyfriend cheated on her with the other " You seduced him!
He was mine but you decided to ruin MY relationship!" As the girl raises her fist, Yuzuki would quickly step between the two, seperating them " Would you two be kind enough to inform me of what is going on here?" Her glance shifting between the two students, the one who was screaming just earlier quieting down, nervously backing away " No- nothing was going on miss." Strutting over to the student who was about to throw a punch she would hand her a detention slip " I know how you must feel but aggression isnt the answer dear" Her ears perking up at the sudden shuffling behind her quickly turning around to see the other student trying to get away " Stop right there dear or you will be in even more trouble." her hand already inside her pocket ready to pull out her radio incase they decide to make a break for it she would wander over to them as she scans the area for any cameras to maybe get a better understanding of the situation " Would you be so kind as to show me your hands?" Inspecting them for any bruises, she would let out a sigh " Im sure you did this in self-defense yet sadly the school has a zero tolerance policy . . . ill make sure you two sit far apart tho and if needed, im sure we could figure out a way for preventing this the next time around alright? " With that, she would hand the other girl a detention slip aswell along with a card to reach out to her.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
" SIR THAT IS DANGEROUS!" She shouts towards her colleague, who was already halfway up the tree. " It will be fineee! I just need to get the notebook down for the student," He shouts back as one of the branches beneath him starts to creak. Taking a deep breath for a moment, she would think about what she could do to help, quickly dashing into the school to try and retrieve a ladder of some sort. As she returns, she sees her colleague handing the student her notebook back, thanking him before leaving. Swiftly strutting over before checking her coworker's body for any bruises or cuts. " That could have gone so much worse" underlining her words by poking him after each spoken word before noticing a small scratch on his arm, sighing "Please go to the nurses office and get a bandaid for this and next time just wait for me to grab a ladder " Shrugging her shoulders, he wasnt hurt badly and it ended with the notebook retrieved, no need to involve anyone else. Smiling as she strutted back towards the school building.

Sneaking into the employee break room, she would calmly find an open spot to sit down, taking out her lunch as she prepares her meal. Her eyes scanning the room filled with other employees talking amongs themselves, chosing to not interrupt any group before " You are the new Tutor right? What was it again. . . Miss Naiko?" Quickly focusing her gaze on the person, she would tilt her head with a small, nervous grin, " ehm, actually it's Naitō", adjusting her wool sweater "Oh, I'm sorry. I'll try to remember that." Her nervousness fading as she continues to speak with her colleague.

/me as she sits down, she would reach down to her bag, pulling out her psychology book and placing it on the table. Returning to her upright sitting position, she would give the room a quick glance &6'&7Im sure I can just . . read a few pages before i'm neede—&6' &r wincing at the sudden static bursting out of the radio, with a sigh, she would shut the book before making her way towards the door of the office.

" GET OUT AND DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT RETURNING"
Yes. Those were the last words of her mother as she was kicked out of her former home. Yuzuki always did what her mother wanted from her.At a young age she knew what was expected of her, to get a good education, live a happy life and take care of her parents in their last years, but that was never her own dream, just one she followed for her mothers sake. Early in life, Yuzuki realised her passion for medicine and psychology, she knew exactly when her mother had taken her medication, as her entire demeanour towards her would shift drastically. Living with a parent suffering from bipolar disorder wasn't easy, as it felt like a ship struggling at sea, never knowing when the next storm will hit, the waves will get high enough to swallow her tiny little lifeboat. A constant " you are my precious little angel!" one day and a " You are the reason for my misery" the next. As she walked along the still-wet pavement from the rain earlier that day, her tears would fall into the puddles below. It was a small setback. One flunked test she can retake. Continuing along she would remember how her friend mentioned a small city off the mainland. She had nowhere to go to so why not wait out the storm by moving, finishing her studies there and then returning home once she had what her mother so desperately wanted. The move shouldn't be too hard as she had saved up a little helping out her elderly neighbor run the flowershop right down the street. At worst, she would return, ask her friend to lend her a place for a bit and find some part-time work near home. A grin curled ontop her lips, thinking of the prospect of an adventure to be had.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
A friend of mine recommended that I apply as a Tutor. She knows that I love to help people with their studies. I think that helping people is an important aspect of life and I hate to see that so many people disregard it and rather focus on their own goals. And . . to be honest .. i dont really have any income currently. But I really do believe that helping the students of Karakura is important and I'm sure I could make new friends with the other people working here!
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I'm sure there are many other applicants applying for this position who have bbachelor'sin related subjects, yet I believe I will be able to provide students with a calm and encouraging environment in this, oh so stressful school.
