Queue, list, it doesn't really matter. Even a list is flawed. A lottery system? What happens if a player has gone inactive but is part of a list? Do you really think that being randomly chosen is better than trying to get a property yourself? I could see a list system being abused just as much as a queue system. In fact, I could see it being even worse than the current system. People with alts can just join the list and increase their chances. Even if it were to be against the rules - would that really stop people?

"People with alts can just join the list and increase their chances." is the same as inviting a bunch of your friends to spam the sign with you to increase their chances. You said you could see it being worse than the current system, but you don't give any factual suggestions.
I can see this post to be denied because of how complicate it is. But that's the point. I want to see how far I can push a system to work.
