I'd like to suggest a way to better improve the property handling in the server. If someone wants to sell or transfer a property, having to disown it first and then the second person grab it can be a waste. Any time left on the house goes away and money is flushed down the drain.

Being able to do something such as "/apartment transfer [IGN]" where the property's ownership is transferred directly to the second person, whilst keeping the time originally on the property allowing everyone to get their money's worth. The seller can add the money spent on the property's time to the sale price of the property allowing the seller to profit more, and possibly prevent the buyer from spending more than they have if they need to spend 250,000 yen extra for a house that originally had, let's say, 10 days left on it.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This would benefit the community by saving people money and time.

You receive a partial refund of the remaining time on a property when you disown it, so your money isn't completely going to waste.

There really aren't that many common scenarios where this command would be useful, so I don't see much of a point in implementing it.

You don't own the property when you pay every month for it, you rent it. It'd make 0 sense to be able to transfer it to someone else because... it's not yours
