-ˋˏ ༻ What experiences do you have with roleplay?: ༺ ˎˊ

I've been an active roleplayer since late September 2020, and I've learned so much along the way. I find inspiration in the other members of the community, and I'm always looking for ways to improve my skills. I enjoy exploring different teams, clubs, or even gang-related activities to expand my characters' knowledge and backstory, especially when I've been a part of a few different teams and activities, such as being a college professor teaching criminology, the Spartan basketball team, the Bobcats basketball team, and currently as a Spartan cheerleader. I've even started to branch out and roleplay on other servers around the Minecraft community, but I've always come back to SRP and its community. The wide range of roles and experiences that I've got to explore with other servers and SRP is something that I enjoy. One of the most exciting challenges I've faced was creating an alt account and getting an Animal Whitelist to become a cat. It was a bit of a struggle at first, but once I got the hang of it, a whole new world of opportunities opened up for me. I like to keep things fresh and interesting by creating multiple characters, each with a unique personality. All in all, roleplaying has been an amazing experience that has helped me grow as a person and roleplayer.

-ˋˏ ༻ What is your motivation for applying? ༺ ˎˊ-

I honestly love the SRP community and nearly all of the amazing people who are a part of it. Yes, I do have a little trouble with a few of them, but I try my best to avoid them. I've had the chance to meet so many incredible individuals, and I'm constantly blown away by the creativity and passion that everyone brings to the table. One of the things that stood out to me was how fun it looked to be part of For example, this one time the Spartan cheer team and I decided to go do a team bonding exercise by going to a psychiatrist, and it was really fun because the person we had made our team closer than ever, and since then, It's obvious that the EMS staff care about their patients and want to make sure that everyone is comfortable and getting the proper care they need, which is why I've decided to try something new and become an EMS staff myself and go and apply to be a psychiatrist. I want to be able to talk to people and help them through their troubles, whether it's dealing with someone who had a tragic event in their life or who just needs someone to talk to. I'm excited to find a new challenge for myself and see how I can grow and learn. Together, I want to be a psychiatrist. I'm always eager to learn new things, develop my skills within SRP, and get more involved with the community.

-ˋˏ ༻ Which role are you applying for? ༺ ˎˊ-

psychiatrist

-ˋˏ ༻ What knowledge do you have of Hospital Work?༺ ˎˊ-

It truly depends on their department and how experienced they are, hospital staff can perform a variety of tasks to help diagnose and treat patients. This can include physical or mental illness diagnoses, check-ups, prescribing medication, selling over-the-counter medicine, and providing therapy sessions and/or care. Some hospital staff members are even trained to perform surgeries, set bones, provide limb prosthetics, or use new working eye technology. Hospital staff may also be called upon to patrol the city for injured people. They are also responsible for answering medical emergencies through the 110 lines. In more dangerous situations, such as gang-related assaults, animal attacks, or any other emergency calls, hospital staff may be needed to tend to injuries if KPD radio in if someone needs help or rush someone to the hospital in an ambulance.

-ˋˏ ༻Hospital Director and Clinical Lead༺ ˎˊ-

The clinical lead is responsible for the clinical aspects of the hospital, while the hospital director is responsible for the hospital's overall operations. The clinical lead is focused on managing patient care and staff, while the hospital director is focused on managing and ensuring that the hospital is meeting the protocol. Both roles require strong leadership skills, effective communication, and collaboration with staff and patients to ensure that the hospital is providing quality care and meeting the needs of its community. To go into more detail, The hospital director's job is to monitor how the hospital is operating. They're responsible for managing the staff, being strict with the rules and procedures, and ensuring that the hospital is providing quality care to patients. As the clinical lead, they are to create strategic plans, develop more effective plans, and ensure that the hospital is meeting the needs of the services.

-ˋˏ ༻Head of a department༺ ˎˊ-

Depending on the roster they are assigned to, the head of department serves as the second-in-command for each of the EMS roster factions; they are the ones who closely monitor each employee and offer feedback and suggestions to their division clinical lead. The head of a department is responsible for overseeing the operations of the department and ensuring that they run smoothly. They are responsible for managing the staff, including training and evaluating employees. They're also in charge of developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the quality of patient care and safety.

-ˋˏ ༻Surgeons༺ ˎˊ-

Surgeons are specialists who focus on performing surgical procedures such as open surgeries or robotic surgeries to treat wounds, diseases, and other medical issues. Other operations are emergency treatments, which must be carried out immediately, while some surgeries are elective, meaning they can be planned. A surgeon is able to perform surgery to treat injuries and diseases and replace a body part with a prosthetic. The role of a surgeon is to diagnose a patient's medical condition, determine if surgery is necessary, and perform the surgical procedure. Being a surgeon is a highly challenging skill to perfect and requires knowledge in the field, as they are responsible for the patient's health and safety during surgery. They work closely with other medical professionals, such as psychiatrists and doctors, to either give the patient physical or mental therapy or just to simply prescribe medication to ensure that the patient receives the best possible care.

-ˋˏ ༻Doctors༺ ˎˊ-

Doctors are trained professionals who evaluate your health, treat minor and some significant injuries (they do not do surgery), give prescriptions, and refer patients to see a psychiatrist if the issue is one of mental health or a prescription that their psychiatrist recommended. Doctors are responsible for a variety of tasks, such as diagnosing medical disorders and creating treatment plans. They must also have a variety of capabilities, including strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work properly under pressure, and the ability to act quickly in an emergency. They also need to understand medical ethics. In simple terms, a doctor's job is to diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions. Doctors work with patients to understand their medical history, perform physical exams, and order diagnostic tests to determine the cause of symptoms.

-ˋˏ ༻Psychiatrist༺ ˎˊ-

Psychiatrists are medical professionals who specialize in studying, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders. In a hospital setting, they are responsible for providing care to patients with mental health conditions. Unlike doctors or surgeons, psychiatrists are not qualified to treat physical injuries or perform major medical procedures. Instead, they focus on treating mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. They work with patients to develop a treatment plan that may include medication, therapy, or other treatments. They also provide emotional support to patients and their families and conduct research to develop new treatments and improve patient outcomes.

-ˋˏ ༻ Do you acknowledge that you’re subject to being demoted at any given time if accepted? ༺ ˎˊ-

Yes, I understand

-ˋˏ ༻ Do you acknowledge that by applying for this role, you agree to be 100% dedicated to the Hospital Staff role? ༺ ˎˊ-

Yes, I do understand that If I am accepted to become a psychiatrist, I'll be 100% dedicated to the role, but I don't think I'll have a problem dealing with that if accepted for this role since I'm only on Spartan Cheerleader and I feel like my activity will only increase, which will cause me to spend more time on the server so I can give 100% to EMS.

-ˋˏ ༻ Do you acknowledge that if training is held while you are online, you are expected to attend or be punished? ༺ ˎˊ-

Yes, I understand that if I don't go to training while I am online, I will face the consequences.

-ˋˏ ༻ Do you acknowledge that you are NOT to take things OOCly when dealing with training & situations? ༺ ˎˊ-

Yes, it's understandable, and I can 100% guarantee you that I will not turn IC issues into OOC.
