What experiences do you have with roleplay?: I have done GangRP before, so I am pretty good at DetailRP when it is necessary.
What is your motivation for applying? My motivation for applying is the fact that in real life, I personally want to work in a Medical background.

What knowledge do you have of Hospital Work? That you have to care for your patients, you have to have a high tolerance to rudeness and you have to be somewhat knowledgeable on First Aid, and other things such as dealing with Major injuries.

Backstory (100+ Words) Ryota was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. At a very young age, her parents died in a tragic accident, resulting in her going to a Orphanage when she was 8 years old. In the Orphanage, she was beaten until she was screaming her lungs out. Luckily, a family came to adopt her, and another boy, called Saeko. She then went to Karakura, where she grew up, and went to Karakura High School, studying until she dropped. During that time, she dedicated her free-time to helping others, even if it was just taking them to the Nurse's Office after they'd be in a fight or had fallen. Many people tried to take advantage of her kind heart, causing her to become a rather callous lady.

What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen) My character chose this Position because she wanted to help others, her Specialty is Psychology.
What medical residencies did your character take after medical school? She took a residency in Family Medicine.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions? She went on to go to practice in a mental institution, where she'd helped Specialists find a diagnosis for some of the patients.
Has your character completed any additional schooling? No she has not.

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? She has split dyed hair, half brown, half blonde, pale skin. She also has a name carved into her right thigh, which was "Mido<3". She also has Hazel eyes, which aren't very common.
How does your character act on and off duty? She is rather callous, though she'd try and act polite.
Does your character function better on their own or with others? She functions much better on her own, though she is capable on functioning with others.
What plans does your character have for the future? She really is just trying to help others, no matter how callous she is, her heart is still of gold.
How is your character perceived by others? How does it contrast with their perception of themself? She's percieved as rather rude, someone who doesn't listen, though she is rather respected by most people. Her perception of herself, on the other hand is very different, she sees herself as patient and understanding. Although sometimes, she can understand why people would think she's rude.
