Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
The server involves an education system that works as a progression tree for students to rank up through, all the way up to adult and the teachers play an important part in this as they provide fun, interactive experiences through classes they host for players to be able to engage in roleplay that opens a variety of opportunities for players to encounter; such as, meeting new people, making friends, participating in activities hosted by the teacher, etc. These classes can help break the ice for players who are unsure what to do or how to interact with someone and you may even learn somethings, like i did, regarding the server itself that is useful information for new players to know. My first class on the server was when I made friends and even had a story ark that provided character development for me that eventually lead to me having a large group of friends and have a better understanding of how things work on the server while instantly giving me some roleplay interaction to ensure I am involved rather than standing idle somewhere.

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
Erika has always been fascinated with history since she was a little girl, to the point where she would watch documentaries about different topics or events throughout history instead of watching cartoons like others kids normally would do and she's always wanted to do something that involved history in some way, being even more interested in human civilizations throughout history, how humans came to be and dinosaurs even. She got her wish by working part time in a museum back in the UK, where she mainly just ensured people followed the rules and tended the archives in the back but she would often have to stop herself when she saw kids asking their family a dozen questions regarding something they were looking at as it wasn't her job to do so, it was the tour guides job to provide knowledge to those interested in even knowing. After a while she began to feel rather empty, only getting sad when she finally realized that she doesn't want to be in the background of a museum taking care of things, but instead wishes to teach the younger generation what she knows about history with a different approach then just reading a textbook or researching information.
Erika quit her job at the museum to go full time in college in order to obtain her bachelors degree in History, Secondary Education and took part in a Teacher Preparation Program for a little over four years in hopes to be able to find a teaching job for a high school but sadly in her small town this was easier said than done. Erika having not much luck in finding an opening position in her small town, she decided to use this as an advantage to possible move to Japan like she's dreamed of doing and could teach a school there instead, and after some time she came across a single History teacher opening for Karakura.

Erika is 5ft tall with red hair that she usually keeps tied into a high ponytail, she has vibrant green eyes, soft tan skin, natural pink blush, natural peach colored lips, natural dark, long eyelashes, has an hourglass figure and she always has at least 1 piece of clothing on that is red. People would describe her as motherly, calm, passionate, patient, understanding, professional, friendly, sympathetic, charming and classy. Her nickname is "Madam Red" and she is from the United Kingdom where she has had a passion for Japanese culture and finally decided to move to Japan in efforts to become a teacher, so when she heard there was some openings and having no luck in the UK, she moved to Karakura in hopes to become a beloved teacher by the students. She believes in the supernatural, spiritual self, studying hard and a healthy lifestyle but believes in the unknown as well and the idea of possible greater beings such as gods or goddesses.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Erika would answer any questions related to the lesson when a student raises their hand, by raising their hand she can easily identify them and will notice it more than them trying to talk over someone else or the lesson itself, but if the student is still confused or repeatedly asking questions, she would simply inform them to meet with her after class or politely inform them to wait until after the lecture, where she would clear up any confusion they may have to avoid holding up the lesson for the other students. All of Erika's homework assignments would be based upon what is discussed in class and is why she would meet with the student after class to further aid them, unless it involves an activity they are doing in class; which in that case she would approach the student to help them during class instead. Once class is over, Erika would meet with the student to provide further assistance or answer any questions they may have before she leaves for the day because Erika always put her students first above everything else, even if it means staying after hours just to help the student.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Erika would remain calm, professional and polite as she would approach the disruptive student addressing their name in order to get the students full attention, she then would politely yet clearly inform them that this is their 1st warning, and would proceed to give them a verbal warning before then politely ask them to please pay attention to the lesson and don't disrupt it for everyone else or cause any further distractions. Erika would repeat this if the student continued to disrupt the class, but this time upon stating their name, she would tell them this is now their 2nd warning and depending on what they are doing she would have them change seats to sit by themselves, preferably at the front of the class where she can keep a better eye on them. If the student continues to disrupt the class again after that, she will then approach them with a more stern yet polite and calm tone informing them that this is their final warning and any further disruptions or distractions will result in them being handed a detention slip and kicked from the class for the day. Erika will always give 3 verbal warnings, with the 3rd warning being a threat to give them a detention slip if they continue to be disruptive during her class as she tries to avoid giving students detention, to only use as a last resort after given multiple chances already to behave during class.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Historical Dioramas: Students would pair up into groups of 2 where they would decide on a historical event that they must create a small diorama of within a small shoebox by using the materials provided to them to depict the scene. Once done creating their little diorama they will then present it to the class explaining the historical event or scene they recreated within their shoebox together and the rest of the class would have to guess the country of where the scene took place or the year it took place.
Paleontology Experience: Erika would provide some paleontology kits that are for a more mature group of people rather than the kid ones, she would get kits that contain a miniature fragmented skeleton of a dinosaur and put students into pairs. The students will work with their partner to carefully extract the fossil pieces of the skeleton from the kits, which would be incased into soft chalk to give the effect of both rock and dirt while using the needed tools in the kit to properly extract the skeleton pieces.
