Describe your activity and roleplay experience on the server:
I joined the server around the beginning of October 2025 where I didn't do much roleplay for the first week as I instead explored the server to understand how things are work, my first roleplay interaction was actually during a class where my character encountered a boy of the same age that would bully her daily, all the way until 10th grade. It turned out that this bully actually like my character and long story short, after weeks of interaction they eventually started dating and even joined a gang together known as 9Stars.
I did gangRP for a few months where I ended up making good friends but we all eventually left the gang in order to take a break from the gangRP life, the people I once thugged with took a break from the server in general for a couple months but I eventually met more people who I gradually became close with and began creating fun, memorable RP with them as well. I got way more comfortable RPing on the server due to RPing with a wide range of people, getting a chance to see how they RP because i come from FiveM and RedM roleplay servers which is much different than on this server for this kind of game.
As i gained way more confidence in my RP, I began creating more characters that are all different from each other with their own quirks about them to make them stand out in some way and I would go out of my way to interact with people who seem bored, are just standing around or are alone to provide them some interaction to help them get more comfortable, just like how I eventually did. It eventually got to the point where people would say hello to me or call out my characters in LOOC when they either seen me or saw my name in chat, the most known character of mine who has a reputation is Ruvik Grimshaw but thankfully people tell me all the time that they enjoy him and I have even had people DM me or friend message me just to ask to roleplay with me due to them having seen my RPs before. About 5 or 6 months being on this server daily, I still try my best to provide people some fun RP by evening setting up OOC scenarios with people such as gangs or cops to give them something to do and hopefully create an enjoyable experience for them or even provide character development for them! Ever since I joined the server I am usually on daily from around 5-6pm EST to 3-4am EST but still enjoy continuing long term roleplays with people or creating new ones because I enjoy creating stories with people and focus on detailing my RP with those who are interested or patient enough to engage in it.
In your own words, why do you think professors are important to SchoolRP?:
Once a student reaches their bachelors degree in college, it's the professors who continue to progress the college students up the education system, all the way up to graduation. Professors provide fun, interactive and educational experiences through the classes they host for students to be able to engage in roleplay, providing them a range of opportunities to encounter; such as, meeting new people, making friends, participating in activities, or even making enemies, etc. and they even can provide character development for people. These classes can help break the ice for students who are unsure how to interact with someone and you may even learn something regarding the server itself that is useful information to know. My first class is when I made a couple friends that gave me a story ark, providing me character development that eventually lead to me having making multiple friends, being more confident in roleplaying on the server and have a better understanding of how things work on the server; all while providing me some interaction that had me get involved in some roleplay.

Describe the character. How do they look and act? What makes them unique and different? What are their plans for the future? Optionally, what is their past?:
Erika is 5ft tall with red hair that she usually keeps tied into a high ponytail, she has vibrant green eyes, soft tan skin, natural pink blush, natural peach colored lips, natural dark, long eyelashes, has an hourglass figure and she always has at least 1 piece of clothing on that is red. People would describe her as motherly, calm, passionate, patient, understanding, friendly, charming and classy. Her nickname is "Madam Red" and is from the United Kingdom where she has had a passion for Japanese culture and finally decided to move to Japan in efforts to become a teacher or professor when she heard there was some openings, so having no luck in the UK she moved to Karakura in hopes to become a beloved teacher or professor by the students. She believes in the supernatural, spiritual self and a healthy lifestyle but believes in the unknown as well and the idea of possible greater beings such as gods or goddesses. Erika is friendly, patient, caring, motherly, sympathetic, calm, protective of others and tends to always be in a professional, positive mood.
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?:
Erika would check in on co-workers to see if they need assistance with anything if she has nothing else to do or has finished her work for the day, because she believes that regardless of what career or job you have, helping others when needed is a must and to be expected, even if it's a competitive position she still believes in being honorable and having good sportsmanship. She is very willing to help her fellow co-workers and students if they need it and will prioritize it over everything else. Erika often struggled to keep up during school, as she was a slower learner than the other students and because of this she is very patient with students, she would try her best to ensure everyone understands the lesson and the homework even if it meant staying after hours to help them.
What is their motivation for becoming a professor?:
Erika has always been fascinated with dinosaurs since she was a little girl to the point where she has nearly seen every documentary about them and she's always wanted to do something that involved getting to uncover the stories of a dinosaurs life and how they lived, how they looked, how they sounded and more. After countless searching, she finally found a school that taught paleontology to where she studied it for years until she was able to get a job at a museum where she helped looked over the more valuable paleontology discoveries while also being able to study them up close for years.
Some of the kids in her neighborhood were also fascinated with dinosaurs and always looked forward to Erika coming outside because she would gladly educate the kids on paleontology, she even would do fun little activities with them that the kids enjoyed and were educational. These kids were of all ages and as time went by she noticed a lack in schools teaching paleontology now, compared to when she went through school and this not only made her sad but also disappointed the kids who were like her when she was younger because Erika is all they had in learning about paleontology. After hearing these kids disappointment in the lack of paleontology in schools now, she decided she wanted to help keep this educational field alive within the school systems by trying to become a teacher or professor where she can help guide students down the same path as her who are also interested in paleontology in hopes keep that field alive for those who share the same interests as she does with the same passion she has.





Roleplay Scenarios
A jock is ignoring your lesson and throwing paper balls at another student, what would your character do?:
Erika would remain calm, professional and polite as she would approach the disruptive student to get their full attention, making sure to clearly state their name and inform them that this is their 1st warning, as she proceeds to give them a verbal warning and politely ask them to please pay attention to the lesson and don't disrupt it for everyone else or cause any further distractions. Erika would repeat this if the student continued to disrupt the class, but this time when stating their name she would tell them this is now their 2nd warning and depending on what they are doing she would have them change seats to sit by themselves, preferably at the front of the class where she can keep a better eye on them. If they disrupt the class again after that, she will then approach them with a more stern tone as she informs them that this is their final warning and any further disruptions or distractions will result in them being handed a detention slip and kicked from the class for today. Erika will always give 3 verbal warnings, with the 3rd warning being a threat to give them a detention slip if they disrupt class or distract others from the lesson again.
A student doesn’t seem to understand the material, yet hasn’t requested help, what would your character do?:
Erika would answer any questions related to the lesson when a student raises their hand so she can easily identify them because she will notice it more than them trying to talk over someone else, but if the student is still confused or repeatedly asking questions, she would simply inform them to meet with her after class where she would clear up any confusion they may have to avoid holding up the lesson for others. All of Erika's homework assignments would be based upon what is discussed in class and is why she would meet with the student after class to further aid them, unless it involves an activity they are doing in class; which in that case she would approach the student to help them. Once class is over, Erika would meet with the student to then provide further assistance or answer any questions they may have before she leaves for the day because Erika always put her students first above everything else, even if it means staying after hours just to help the student.
When in the faculty lounge, how does your character act?:
Erika would socialize with her fellow co-workers to get to know them a little better and see if they may need assistance with anything as well, Erika would visit the faculty lounge to take a quick break once she has finished her work or finished planning for the next class lesson and use the time to relax while having some coffee to help keep her going through the day, but she would use this opportunity to socialize with other co-workers who may also be in the lounge with her in hopes to form positive connections and friendships. Erika would remain on school grounds until 5:30pm, more than likely in her classroom grading previous homework or planning the next lesson for class or standing out front somewhere near reception, which gives students the chance to easily find her if they need help.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas and one field trip idea related to your subject:
1) Dig N' It:
Erika would purchase some paleontology kits that are for a more mature group of people rather than the kid ones to add a better miniature experience to the activity for the students, she would get kits that contain a miniature fragmented skeleton of a dinosaur and put students into pairs. The students will work with their partner to carefully extract the fossil pieces of the skeleton from the kits, which would consist of dirt and soft rock with the needed tools in the kit to properly extract the skeleton pieces and would need to do so without damaging the fragile fossil pieces as they will be used for the next activity.
2) Build a Dino:
Students would use the fossil pieces they extracted from the previous activity to then carefully clean them and construct the dinosaur skeleton onto a miniature stand that would come within the kit, the pieces would have little notches for easy assembly without the need of something to hold it together and once complete they would glue it to the stand. Once they complete it and attached it securely to the stand, they will then be able to place it along the shelves or bookcases within the classroom to display it.
Field Trip Idea) Ochiba Forest Fossil Hunt:
We would go to the river or other ponds away from other people who are fishing within the forest to where students will be given rubber boots in order to get into the shallow parts of the water to look for decent sized limestone rocks as they are more likely to contain some sort of fossil that could contain a plant or animal within it. The students would choose only 1 limestone rock but for those who weren't able to find one, they can team up with someone who did to help them carefully break open the rock to see if they got lucky in it containing a fossil of some kind and are allowed to keep it or put it back where it was if they wish.
