Describe your activity and roleplay experience on the server:
I am usually on everyday, around 5-6pm EST to 3-4am EST. I have been a roleplayer on FiveM since 2018, where I did 3 real time days worth of training plus a week worth of supervision from a higher-up in order to become an LEO (law enforcement officer), and I worked my way up the chain to become an FTO (field training officer), then eventually became the director of SAHP (Highway Patrol) and BCSO (Sheriff Office). At some point during my fivem roleplay years, I was the director of FIB (federal investigation bureau) on a different character as well, but majority of my roleplay experience is gangRP on FiveM, where I was in multiple gangs as the server changed and on other servers. I was in "Azn Boi Crips" for the longest on my character "Lexi Corsen" as the Enforcer, meaning I was the 3rd OG lead along side the twin brothers who were known as "Looney" and "Tunez", who were just talking about forming a gang at the time when we met, we all 3 created and ran the gang for about 4 years on a server called PersonRP or FiveReloaded Gaming, I was the leads 2nd in command and at the time it was THE gang of the entire server of 200+ people during this time. Being an LEO was the 2nd most roleplay experience I have, as I was cop and FIB director for about 2 years. I also did RedM roleplay for about 2 years where i was part of a posse that wasn't a gang, more like a family as we weren't thugs, but people would come at us due to our wealth, involvement and presence on the server as we always helped those in need; so I guess we were vigilantes in a way. I also did fantasy roleplay on Conan Exiles and Minecraft for a couple years, where I built multiple castles and even a full on kingdom but I am never building like that again. Currently I been roleplaying on this server for about 3 or 4 months now, mainly with gangRP but I am no longer a thug and wanted to try something different.
In your own words, why do you think professors are important to SchoolRP?:
Professors are important, because once a student reaches their bachelors degree in college, it is the professors who continue to to progress the now college students up the education system that works as a progression tree for students; all the way up to adulthood until they finally graduate. Professors provide fun, interactive and educational experiences through the classes they host for players to be able to engage in roleplay that provides them a range of opportunities to encounter; such as, meeting new people, making friends, participating in activities, or even making enemies, etc and provide players character development for their characters. These classes can help break the ice for players who are unsure how to interact with someone and you may even learn something regarding the server itself that is useful information for players to know. My first class is when I made a couple friends that gave me a story ark, providing me character development that eventually lead to me having making multiple friends, being more confident in roleplaying on the server and have a better understanding of how things work on the server; all while providing me some interaction that had me get involved in some roleplay, instead of just standing around somewhere.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive, you may face demotion or removal from the faction?: Yes
Do you understand if your application is accepted, you may have to undergo professor training?: Yes

In-Character Information

What's your character's full name?: Erika "Madam Red" Garnet
Age (Minimum is 27): 27
Nationality: London, England
Preferred Subject: Psychical Education
Describe the character. How do they look and act? What makes them unique and different? What are their plans for the future? Optionally, what is their past?:
Erika always has at least 1 piece of clothing on that is red as her nickname is "Madam Red", unless the circumstances calls for a certain dress code, she is exactly 5ft tall with red hair that she keeps tied into a high ponytail, she has vibrant green eyes, soft tan skin, natural pink blush, natural peach colored lips, natural dark, long eyelashes, she is toned and has an hourglass figure. Erika is from United Kingdom where she has had a passion for Japanese culture and finally decided to move to Japan to live in the lovely culture in efforts to become a professor when she heard there were multiple openings and that currently, there are no physical education professors. Erika having no luck in the UK in obtaining a career as a professor, she moved to Karakura without hesitation, in hopes to become a beloved professor by the students. She believes in the supernatural, spiritual self, staying active and having a healthy lifestyle but believes in the unknown as well, and the idea of possible greater beings such as gods or goddesses. Erika is friendly, patient, caring, motherly, sympathetic, calm, protective of others and tends to always be in a professional, positive mood that is willing to take as much time as need to help someone so they can succeed in life.
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?:
Erika will check in on co-workers to see if they need assistance with anything when she has nothing else to do or if she has finished her work for the day, because she believes that regardless of what career or job you have, helping others when needed is a must and to be expected, even if it's a competitive position she still believes in being honorable and having good sportsmanship; due to this, she is very willing to help her fellow co-workers and students if they need it. Growing up, Erika, at the time didn't understand the importance of good health and fitness as she learned for herself overtime, going out of her way to educate herself and now she wishes to teach what she learned to students so they can have an earlier start on maintaining good health and fitness than she did. Erika often struggled to keep up during school, as she was a slower learner than the other students and because of this she is very patient with people, she would try her best to ensure everyone understands the lesson and the homework even if it meant staying after hours to help a student.
What is their motivation for becoming a professor?:
Throughout Erika's school years, she never could get a teacher to give her the extra help she needed, there was a lot of topics that she had scattered information on because the teacher would teach it once but then never teach it again, which resulted in older students having more knowledge of certain topics that would have been very useful for her to know, which resulted in her not learning about it until years later. Erika felt like each class was a puzzle that provided some information and was up to her to find the missing pieces, while some other students already knew this information and understood the assignment more than she did, it resulted in her lagging behind in school. Erika wishes to prevent this from happening to future students by making sure everyone understands the lesson, the assignment and helping those who don't fully understand or are struggling in progressing through school. Erika wants to make sure no one lags behind like she did, so that all students in her class at least know the basics to fitness and good health to have an earlier start on them, allowing them to improve or maintain their fitness and health instead of learning about it years later where it catches up to them and makes life harder, like it was for her.
Roleplay Scenarios
A jock is ignoring your lesson and throwing paper balls at another student, what would your character do?:
Erika would remain calm, professional and polite with a gentle tone as she approaches the disruptive student and call them by name so she has their full attention, then she would give them a verbal warning as she informs them this is their 1st warning and politely ask them to please pay attention to the lesson, and to not disrupt it for other students or cause any further distractions. Erika would once again approach the disruptive student if they are still causing problems, but this time when stating their name she would inform them this is now their 2nd warning and would have them change seats to sit by themselves if possible and sit at the front of the class where Erika can keep a closer eye on them. If the student continues to disrupt the class again or cause any further problems after their 2nd warning; then she would approach them with a more stern tone as she informs them that this is their final warning, any further disruptions or distractions will result in them being handed a detention slip and kicked from the class for the day. Erika will always give 3 verbal warnings, with the 3rd warning being a threat to give them a detention slip if they continue to cause problems during class.
A student doesn’t seem to understand the material, yet hasn’t requested help, what would your character do?:
First, Erika would answer any questions related to the lesson when a student raises their hand as she can easily notice that compared to a student trying to talk over everyone and as Erika proceeds with the lesson, she scans the students to look for any indication in facial expression or body language; such as a student not doing the assignment while everyone else around them is, she would approach the student in question to ask them if they need any help or are confused about anything related to the lesson and help them the best she can. When a student needs additional help, she will kindly inform the student to meet with her after class as to avoid holding up the lesson any further for the other students, because all of Erika's homework assignments would be based upon what is discussed in class that day. Once class is over, Erika would meet with the student to then personally tutor them if they need further assistance or answer any questions they may have before she leaves for the day, because Erika would always put her students first, even if it meant staying after hours. Erika would remain on school grounds until around 5:00pm, where she more than likely can be found in her classroom grading previous homework assignments or planning the next lesson for class, which gives students the chance to easily find her if they need help.
When in the faculty lounge, how does your character act?:
Erika would spend most of her time in her classroom so students can locate her for any assistance they may need, but when she is in the faculty lounge, she would socialize with her fellow co-workers to get to know them a little better and see if they may need assistance with anything as well. Erika would also visit the faculty lounge to take a bit of a break once she has finished her work or finished planning for the next class lesson, using the time to relax and have some coffee to keep her going through the day while taking the opportunity to socialize with other co-workers who may also be in the lounge with her in order to form positive connections.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas and one field trip idea related to your subject:
Students will be split into 2 teams, 1 team are the prison guards, who will start scattered about between the prisoners and the finish line. The other team are the prisoners, who will start against the wall and must only run forward. Prisoners can't back track to bail a prisoner out that they already passed, prisoners can't turn and run back and prisoners can't run in circles or run to a safe zone they've already passed, but they can run side to side as long as they are still moving forward. The 4 large trees are safe zones, where prisoners can't be tagged if they are in the water at the base of these trees, but they can only rest at these safe zones for a max of 30 seconds before they have to continue running. The small trees are the prison cells, if a prisoner gets tagged by a prison guard they go to the closest little tree and stand under it until a fellow prisoner tags them to break them out, but a prisoner can only bail out 1 jailed prisoner per small tree; meaning they can't bail out multiple people under the same tree. A prisoner can't leave the finish line once they've reached it; which would be the wall on the opposite end from where they all started from. The next round starts once all remaining prisoners who aren't jailed reach the finish line. The goal for prisoners is to try to reach the finish line with as many fellow prisoners; where as the prison guards goal is to jail as many prisoners as possible before they reach the finish line, whichever team has the most amount of prisoners is the winner of that round.
2) "Zombie Horde" (takes place inside school, 1st floor hallway with gym)
2 students would volunteer or be chosen to be the zombies, who's job is to grab as many survivors as possible before the survivors reach the finish line. The remaining students would be the survivors and those who get grabbed are now zombies that join the zombie team. The survivors job is to run to make it to the other side where the finish line would be without getting grabbed by a zombie and if there are no more survivors by the time class ends, then the zombie team wins, but if there is 1 survivor left then the survivor team wins.
The purpose of these games is to provide them a fun way for students to be active as they would be running, testing their problem solving skills as they try to avoid being tagged or try to bail a fellow student out in the JailBreak game and encouraging students to work together in order to achieve a goal.
