In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Private tutors are educational assistants who personally aid students improve their skills in certain subjects such as math, reading, writing, history, and other subjects that they may be struggling with. Their job is to observe their students' progress and help identify what the students struggle to provide awareness for them. Private tutors also assemble lessons to further assist their understandings of the subject as well as preparing students for tests/exams.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
No, I don't have any past experience related to this type of roleplay, but I've had real experience with tutoring students when it comes to specific topics they need to learn. I can most likely apply my knowledge as a public tutor into the roleplay and quickly learn from there.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been roleplaying for about six years, but I haven't gone into depth with roleplaying until I got into SRP. I have a general understanding of roleplay from my experiences in other roleplays servers as well as this one. Taken by the fact that each server has its own set of rules, but they still follow the general rule of roleplaying such as no metagaming or powergaming.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, I am familiar with the role I’ve petitioned for. My role is to assist those who struggle with certain subjects to help them get a better understanding of what they’re learning in class as well as prepare them for upcoming tests or exams they might have.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
If a student were to curse suddenly, I would allow them one warning in a respected manner, before reminding them that what they say can affect others. Not only are they disrespecting me, but this can also gravely affect how they act in the future. It would be in their best interest to set an example for their fellow classmates. Consequently, they can possibly become an inspiration for the younger generation to follow.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I’d first examine the task requested of me and handle it cautiously. I would map out the possibilities of various outcomes that could happen. Depending on what the task may be would determine how I'll avoid being fired. If the job opportunity is way too dangerous for me to handle, I would likely ask another school employee to assist me.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I’d remain calm and ask nicely for them stop what they’re doing because the situation could be dangerous around students and faculty within the vicinity. If they refuse from what they’re doing, I would contact the Vice-principal to deal with the situation, if it’s out of hand.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
I believe in the possibility of making the world a better place, by starting with the younger generation. By assisting them with their academic studies it will improve their skills as well as opening their minds and broadening their learning spectrum. To watch each student grow and succeed is meaningful to me.
Looking back at my memories, I recall struggling with my academics studies when high school came around. I’ve thought about dropping out of high school countless times due to my struggle and stress, but I’m glad I didn’t. With the help of my private tutor, I was able to succeed and excel in my studies. Thanks to my private tutor, I’ve become inspired to help others who also struggle in school as I have. In my eyes, the younger generation is our hopes for a better future and I want to ensure that they succeed as their private tutor.

Why should you be accepted over other applicants?:
Sometimes it amazes me of my ability to achieve success. If I were to be hired, you can guarantee a very hardworking person who handles tasks with sedulous care. I don’t find myself to be a perfect person, but I believe my imperfections are my strengths. The desire to keep improving drives me toward achieving my goal.
When a situation calls for it, I would put the absolute best of my ability in accomplishing what needs to be done. For example, if I were to be given a task regarding a student I’m responsible for, I would assist them with their strengths and guide them through overcoming their struggles. Then gradually build them up until they feel capable to do without the need for my help and instead can trust in their own ability.
Additionally, I find myself to be a patient person and don’t jump to conclusions. If a student were to attempt to provoke me, I would react toward them in a calm and respectful manner. It would show them how much I respect them as people, human beings who make mistakes and can be given a chance to learn from them and improve themselves for their future.
