QOTD 4: If your character(s) have a favorite food. What is it, and why?

OH I love This Question (I tried asking but I go again)
Reiji Kagami: He's my little Masterchef of a Physics teacher. Loves to cook to the point where he could only stomach the things he eats. And something he Enjoys as a long time comfort being Shogayaki (Pork and Ginger Stirfry). Whenever he's cooking for people, it's something he'll make for everyone as an introductory dish and it's normally the first dish he teaches people how to make. For foods he doesn't like would be some foods from the school. He finds it nutritionally imbalanced and rather plain. The worst offender to this are the Hot dogs from the lounge which he made into a game of stock piling them all up in the communal fridge.
Amane Kagami: My favorite musical bug, she LOVES Curry. Any type of curry she loves, specifically Hokkaido Soup Curry (being what she grew up with). and generally speaking anything savory like Jerky and washing it down with Kelp tea. And for a girl, she does not like sweets like candy, or sugary soda. And the last time she drank the Maeng soda she immediately spat it all out. She doesn't have Diabetes and can still eat things that are sweet, it's more so dessert is off the table.
Midori Takeshima: One of her all time favorite comfort foods is any Soup. Specifically Chicken Soup. She's usually home alone a lot and her fondest memory was when she would help her mother (Hoshina Takeshima) with shredding chicken. As for foods she dislikes, there isn't really much she doesn't like as Midori isn't much of a Picky eater, meaning she'd eat anything.
