Question : How do you mug someone?

Hello I was wondering if someone could explain to me how do you mug someone and like steal money from them I dont really understand it

In order to mug somebody, first incapacitate your target or otherwise prevent them from fighting back, then do a /me to steal their money; in accordance with the rules, they will have to /pay you. You are allowed to steal no more than 5,000 yen at a time, even if they have more.
