Yes, you can! But you have to pay 15 dollars by going to the top-right corner clicking buy go to the top and you find Packages then press that and press Custom, Then click animal whitelist and pay with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover, If you do FailRp or abuse animal whitelist it will be taken off you.
