Hello. Is estonian language still not in game or has it been added back? I am asking because last time applied for it, it got denied because they no longer have it in game (I applied for it May 7 2024) but when I look at the list of languages it is still there. Also if I have JSL for my character Alaya and french for my character Yukono and would want one of my characters to have another/second language then do I have to apply for a third language slot?

If it is still on the language list then it is an applicable language. You will need to submit another application for the language!

Yes, you would need to submit a third language application
