I can ensure that i will be on a lot and if not everyday i will try my best to be on as often as i can be.

I am aware that i can be fired for icly reasons and i totally except the fact that if i am not doing the job to the best of my ability then i would deserve to be fired.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The tole i would like is the role of a private tutor. The role of a private tutor is to make sure that some students that may be failing classes can get the help that they need to make sure they can get the best possible grade on their exams or tests.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
Currently i have no experience with being a private tutor however i am wanting to gain this experience and continue to grow my skills as a roleplayer
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have alto of roleplay experience from Discord, other minecraft servers and a lot of time spent on SRP as a high school student and then a college student. I have also took part in other forms of RP such as gangrp and working within shops and helping run businesses.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
A private tutor is a person that is paid to go into schools or colleges and go to the students house to help teach them the course they are learning. This means that a private tutors job is to learn a course for either a school subject or college course and then help the student by spending extra time with them and going over the course to make sure the student understands it better and gets the best mark possible on tests and exams they will have to sit.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
i would try and calm the student down to begin with and then after this i would give them a written up warning, if the student then keeps going i would take them to the principle or vice principle or call the office and ask for one of the two to come to where i was teaching the student.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
It would depend on how dangerous the job was. If it was just a bit dangerous then i would do the job no bother at all as it is my job to help the school however if the job was to threaten my life or my health in a very major way then i would simply refuse. My job is to teach students not do very hazardous jobs.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would try and get them to stop by first asking them, however if they were to continue i would simply report them to the Dean or another school higher up as work shouldn't be a dangerous place for anyone.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for being a private Tutor however is because since i was younger i was never the "Smart Kid" for what came easily to others it took me ages. I spent many days instead of being outside and playing with my friends i would be inside trying to catch up with the class as when i was younger i was always pretty slow. It was in the first few years of high school i finally started to understand the subjects that i had taken and i got in the habit of studying less and less however after i hit my 4th year i took another fall and i had started to fall behind again. The other kids were excelling way past me and my test scores fell from the low 80's to the low 60's and then the low 50's. To counter this my mother decided to pay for me to see a private tutor for subjects such as Math, Physics and English and after a while my grades started to raise again and can be seen on my Qualifications sheet as A's in math, Physics and graphics and then a B in English. I then went on to get into university and continue with math and graphics making sure i always studied and also still went to see my private tutor on the side just to make sure that i was able to keep up with the class. After passing my Post Grad in both Math and Graphics i decided that i was going to become a private tutor for both of those subjects as when i grew up i relied on my private tutor a lot and for other kids it may be the exact same so i decided i wanted to "Return the favor" as some may say and help the children that were just like me and needed extra help to accomplish greatness in there test and exam marks. My family also moved to Karakura recently and bought a new home so seeing this as my opportunity i applied to this High school and college as fast as i could.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
In my opinion i should be chosen over other applicants as i have the experience behind me. I have worked at another school for 3 years where i tutored both math and Graphic Communications. I Am very good at math as you can see from my Uni results and I done a graduate degree in Graphics so i will be more than able to tutor people at a High school or college level.
