School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Nurse
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
I am applying for the role as a school nurse, a presence in the educational staff that focus on the health and well-being of students or staff that may have gotten injured on campus.
A school nurse plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of students by providing immediate care to those who are injured, whether its from two students putting their hands on each other to cause harm, or a student having an allergic reaction to something they may have touched or eaten. The nurse is also responsible for issuing detention slips if it happens to be necessary to the situation at hand.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I am quite the imaginative person, starting quite early when it comes to roleplay. Including in that through direct messages, cosplay meet-ups, and other games including Minecraft. I have experience roleplaying in multiple settings, whether its a more modern setting, Fallout, or even Fantasy, I’ve played many roles to know what I’m best at! I’ve had plenty of experiences as a multitude of characters, from a bloodthirsty raider, a high school sweetheart, a resilient college nun, the typical bad boy, and even a few cases of non-human characters with their own stories to tell.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to get that chance of joining the School Employee faction so I can make the experience for new players easier to understand, and to engage furthermore with the community I've been apart of for nearly three years now. Anytime I happen to be present online, I'm always attending any school classes and participating with peers.
Not just that, But I also wish to step outside of my comfort zone and try a more hands-on roleplay experience!

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Victoria would give a smile, and speak with a warm yet firm tone. "Whoa, language! That is not how we talk to each other here." Before she leans in slightly to meet the student's gaze with some concern. "Sounds like you're really upset, let's take a deep breath then figure out what's going on, okay?" If the student were to continue, she'd calm, yet firmly say, "I'm here to help you, but I can't do that if you aren't going to speak to me with respect. If you can't, we'll have to involve someone else."
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Victoria would attempt to position herself safely between the students, separating the two from continuing their altercation. "This is not okay! Everyone, step back!" She'd make sure that the students were out of harms way before she'd address some concern if they are hurt, as that would be the main priority before any sort of punishment is to be given out.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
"This doesn't look safe, aren't you at all concerned that you could get hurt? or further, lose your job to this?" She offers a chance for the other employee to explain themselves, but overall keeps her focus on the danger at hand. If they don't stop or justify their actions, Victoria won't hesitate to go to higher management as her focus is solely on always protecting the students and other staff members.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Victoria rather enjoys those moments in the break room, greeting any other staff that happen to be there with a cheery "Hello!" and checks in on how their day is going so far.
She'll often set herself by the window and indulge in a sugary drink while watching the sky outside.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
1. treating a sc****d knee.
/me would begin to gently clean the wound with antiseptic, "This might feel a little cool, okay? Just a quick clean is all." After she deemed it clean, she set the antiseptic to the side and carefully applied bandage over the sc**** with practiced ease. "Here we are, patched up and ready to conquer the rest of the day!"
2. Allergic reaction
/me immediately assesses the symptoms, checking for hives, swelling, or any other indicators of how sever the reaction is. She'd reach around in her pocket, pulling out an EpiPen before effectively jabbing it into their leg, administering epinephrine. "Okay, deep breaths, I'm here to help you." She'd reassure, moving them into a better position to thoroughly breath.
3. Overwhelmed student
/me would walk the student into the room, offering one of the far corners for them to settle before she's setting down a bottle of water beside them, while remaining out of their space. "Lets take a few deep breaths together, okay?" She sets herself as the example, taking a deep breath in, counting to 5 with her fingers, before exhaling with the same count of 5. "Now, repeat those deep breaths, I'll come back in a moment to check on you." She smiles, before turning on her heel and heading back.

Backstory
Victoria's upbringing of becoming a school nurse at Karakura High School came from her deep-rooted passion for caregiving and her commitment to making a difference for the lives of those younger then her. Growing up as the eldest of five siblings in a small, tight-knit community, she naturally took on the role of a caretaker while mom and dad went there separate ways earning money for their growing household. She took on any challenge life threw at her, tending to sc****s from rough-housing or helping her schooled younger siblings through the frustration of homework, Victoria found some joy in being that source of support her family needed.
With the bright idea, Victoria pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the closest university to her town. She majored in Nursing, learning the clinical knowledge and basic skills, and minored in Child Psychology to better understand the emotional and mental health needs of adolescents. While she dove herself into the waters of her studies, she also took a leap towards becoming an intern at a pediatric clinic, where she found herself learning far more about communicating with children in ways she didn't know once before.
After graduating, she started her career in a pediatric hospital, where she worked for several years as a registered nurse. But over time, her focus shifted as she began to crave a more community focused role. The hospital, while she enjoyed her job, was to fast-paced for her and left little room to build connects with patients.
When a close friend of hers mentioned an opening for a school nurse at Karakura High School, Victoria was practically jumping out of her seat and dashing out the double doors of her old job at the hospital. She knew it was a perfect fit, the idea of working in a setting to support children in closer veracity, to help them not just physically but emotionally as well, the role was an open book for her to apply all of that medical training she went through. And now, today Victoria finds herself in a position she knows she'll thrive in, alongside her peers and the students she works hard to keep in good health every school day.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"I've always believed that school is more than just a place to learn, its like a second home for so many. And like any home, it should be a place where they feel safe, cared for, and supported! That's what drives me every day. I've worked in hospitals, and helped so many kids through some tough moments, but I always felt like there wasn't enough time to really connect?. When I heard about the opening at Karakura High School, I knew it was a perfect fit! Here, I can be a part of a team that supports young minds through the ups and the downs of growing up. For me, being a school nurse isn't just about treating sc****s or sniffles, its about making sure every student knows they matter, that their health and mental health are important, and that someone can see that. Karakura High School feels like the kind of place I can do that, and I'm overjoyed to be a part of it!"
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe my combination of roleplay experience, creativity, and dedication to playing the role would make me a good fit. Roleplaying in diverse settings has prepared me to handle jumping into a scenario quickly, and as a long time member of the community, I am deeply invested in enhancing the experience of roleplaying on such a large server for players new and old. While I wish to step out of my comfort zone, I feel joining would offer an exciting opportunity to challenge myself by stepping into a more hands-on role, and make an impact.

I've been trying to apply for factions, get more into the community, and I've been denied before because of my reputation. And while I don't know what that reputation is, I hope that there's at least a chance for me to become more involved as a player.
