My activity has been rather sparse sense a few weeks before Christmas, with taking time on my mental health, job hunting, and the holidays, I’ve been getting on more and more sense then! I’d say, about a few times a week, mostly on the weekends, for a few hours at a time, being much longer on weekends.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I am quite the imaginative person, starting quite early when it comes to roleplay. Including in that through direct messages, cosplay meet-ups, and other games including Minecraft. I have experience roleplaying in multiple settings, whether its a more modern setting, Fallout, or even Fantasy, I’ve played many roles to know what I’m best at! I’ve had plenty of experiences as a multitude of characters, from a bloodthirsty raider, a high school sweetheart, a resilient college nun, the typical bad boy, and even a few cases of non-human characters with their own stories to tell.
What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation for joining the hospital faction is to make a positive impact in a faction that I've heard so much negativity about. While my roleplay skills have been improving over time, I want to step outside of my comfort zone and try a more hands-on roleplay experience within a faction to further enhance my skills for the future! I've had a select few friends who worked in that faction before and overheard how interesting and immersive roleplay can be, and I want to experience that myself!

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
There are quite the handful of roles inside the Hospital Faction, each one of them doing their part to make things run smoothly and as efficient as possible! I did some research in and out of SRP so I had a better more full understanding before going in.
Hospital Director: I think of them as the conductor in an orchestra, they keep everyone in sync, responsible for the overall smooth operation of the entire hospital.
Emergency department-
Chief Paramedic: Leader of the paramedics, I imagine them as the captain of a rescue team, guiding their crew. They are the first line of defense in a crisis, coordinating the initial response and making crucial decisions.
Advanced Paramedic: These paramedics have extra training and skills, allowing them to handle more complex medical situations that may occur. They are the special forces of the emergency department, think of them as the expert sharpshooters, ready to handle the most critical situations.
Paramedic: They are the first to arrive at any emergency, they assess the situation, provide basic medical care, and transport patients to the hospital. They are the unsung heroes! Often working under pressure with limited resources.
Doctor Department:
Clinical Lead: The Clinical Lead is the head coach, leading their team to victory who ensures the department runs efficiently and provinces high-quality care! They oversee the doctors, nurses, and other staff within their department.
Clinical Supervisor: The clinical supervisor is like the assistant coach, keeping the team motivated and on track. They ensure smooth workflow and patient care. They act as a bridge between the Clinical Lead and the staff.
Senior Doctor Resident: These doctors are in the final stages of their residency training, gaining experience and preparing for their independent practice. They are like the senior players on a team, ready to take on more responsibility and mentor the younger residents.
Doctor Resident: These are doctors who are still training, gaining practical experience under the guidance of senior doctors. They are like the junior players, learning the ropes and developing their skills.

Clinical Lead: The Clinical Lead is the head of the psychiatry department, responsible for the overall direction and quality of care. They oversee the psychiatrists, the******s, and other staff, ensuring they provide the best possible mental health services.
Clinical Supervisor: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and patient care. They act as a bridge between the Clinical Lead and the staff, providing support and guidance.
Attending Psychiatrist: These are experienced psychiatrists who have completed their training and are fully licensed to practice! They provide direct patient care, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans. Think of them as seasoned veterans, helping patients through their recovery.
Senior Psychiatrist Resident: These psychiatrists are like the senior players on a team, ready to take on more responsibility and mentor the younger residents. They are in their final stages of training, preparing for independent practice.

Kira specializes in psychiatry. She chose this field because of her deep compassion for others and her personal journey of overcoming emotional struggles stemming from bully, physical trauma, and living with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). Kira has been through many hardships that made her see just how vital it is to bring light to ones mental health. While she overcame dark moments, she strives to do the same for others by giving them a place they can seek to heal from what they’re going or been through.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Kira has gained some experience in the medical field through volunteer work and internships in mental health clinics and community outreach programs. They involved assisting patients with emotional and psychological needs, organizing art therapy sessions, and providing support while being under supervision of licensed psychiatrists. Additionally, she studied in psychology while in school, helping her gain the knowledge and skills that she’s eager to expand on.

She has quite the fashion sense, a casual yet vibrant style with accessories or clothing, depending if she's in uniform or not. Kira is unique in her own way, she has a compassionate demeanor towards everyone around her and a knack for being quite approachable even when faced with adversity! She’s often perceived as a ray of sunshine, cheerful, empathetic, and genuinely interested in others’ well-being no matter who the person may be.

Kira maintains some professionalism while keeping that cheerful and approachable presence while in the hospital. She takes a step going the extra mile to ensure her patients feel heard and cared for. While she respects protocols, she isn’t afraid to advocate for her patients’ needs, or even her colleagues if they’re in some mental troubles themselves.
