What's the title of your suggestion?: Raising the roster cap for gangs

What's your suggestion?:
For a good amount of time now, the roster cap for Gangrp has been stuck at 25. Ever since the update came out, a lot of people were upset about it, with friends and people who loved to be a part of the gang they were in being forced to leave due to forced removal. It affected a lot of people and what they wanted to do, killing the want to GangRP since a lot of people do it to be a part of more diverse groups, and not all gangs are the same. A lot also plays into the factor that not everyone is allowed to get on at the same time. When two UVG or VG gangs are fighting, most of the time it will be at minimum 12 people getting on to do so, but when you only have 25 slots, it makes it hard to get more people on since life comes first over Gangrp/SRP. The reason that the rule was changed was due to the severe drop in GangRP and a lot of people leaving it. But with the recent activity that has come in GangRP, there are a lot more players within the community that are wanting to be in certain gangs yet don't have the ability to do so.

The suggestion I want to propose is an update to the roster cap for UVG and VG gangs, increasing the player count to 30 instead of 25. This will help both UVG and VG gangs by having the availability of people during inactivity periods and allowing more people to enjoy being in certain individual groups. Most UVG and VG groups do not try to fight anyone without the title, due to more RP and more outcomes that come out of it if they choose to fight groups with the same title. A raise for the cap is long over due, and with the state of how GangRP is looking, this will not affect new groups attempting to make a name for themselves.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This will benefit players drives and want to be a part of GangRP, and allow more people to be a part of the diverse, or different roleplay-centered groups that unfortunately cannot hold more people at times where they wish to teach new players. This also creates the space, and room for leads in these positions to accept and teach new players more with now having the space to do so.

I think it's a reasonable idea for UVG and VG gangs since amatuer gangs still need to get members and known on the server so having them on 25 and UVG and VG on 30 would make sense!

Personally I saw my gang, sinnerous at the time , die out from that change. Plus gnagrp is kinda dead to be honest. (Or im just not locked in idk)

Ever since I joined gangRP. Which was in June of last year, before the member change. My first ever gang was Nine Stars. My funnest times of GangRP was defending the, then, unclaimed Beachside. And with 20 people there, it made it fun. We all had jobs to do, whether that was fight, defend, or roleplay. After the change. Nine Stars had to kick out 10 people at the time. Since it was originally 20 for Street Gangs. This made defending Beachside, a lot more boring. Especially since we didn't see a lot more groups together. I know that some people quit because of that update!

So, in all, I think this would be an amazing change to the gang systems!

The thing with GangRP is that it has been on a downslope for a couple of years now. I always thought that 25 was a perfect number of people for a gang, as it's not TOO overpowering to other gangs, but there is another issue. People have lives; they have different time zones, and they have personal matters that deter them from SRP as a whole. These little issues cause lots of inactivity throughout each gang. I feel like increasing the number of players in each gang to at least 30 people can be worthwhile, as it's still not too overpowering but allows gang leads to have a chance to get more people on when most needed, rather than 13 out of 25 players. From personal experience, I usually NEVER see all 25 or at least close to 25 people on at a time for their gang. The only exception would be UVG or VG events/wars. Another quick tidbit: KPD have ALWAYS had an advantage when it comes to fighting off GangRPers. Yes, I know that even a small group from a gang can overpower 1 or 2 officers, but when there's more than 5, the number of players a 25-player limit can produce isn't enough to overpower the KPD officers. And yes, I also understand that KPD should have a little more power when it comes to maintaining peace in Karakura, but gangs not having a chance sometimes seems almost ridiculous with how outnumbered KPD usually is.

+1 25 is already a good number, but increasing it to 30 doesn't seem unreasonable either. It's only an extra 5 slots for everyone, and since the increase would apply equally across the board, I don't see it causing any major issues. With gang RP continuing to grow, having those additional slots gives gangs a little more room to accommodate active members without making the roster cap excessive. 30 feels like a good middle ground, enough to support the growth of gang RP while still keeping rosters manageable. Both ways I don't have an issue with 25, but I also don't see any issues with making it 30 either!

-1 Only because if one gang has 30 then so should the others to have an even playing field when it comes to criminal situations that take place.
