Describe your activity on the server: Due to my main character being in a delinquent gang (ZEROS) it forces me to be a active player, im on most days of the week and weekend, except for tuesdays and thursdays/fridays. Other than that you will no doubt see me online!
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): I have been banned twice. Once for greenie stuff like immaturity, etc. And my second for a disagreement with yonio, which is resolved!

School Employee Role you are applying for?: Receptionist
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: Receptionist role requires you to be social towards students/college and faculty alike, their job is too attend to students in need off guidance and help, as well as help other faculty with dealing with such things like misbehaviour, etc
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My experience in roleplay is heavily advance, as i have been roleplaying for up to 4 years now, I have associated myself with GangRP before so im aware on the rules and now i Delinquentrp so im a full time P2Ler and Detailrper. So i have quite a bit of experience
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: Id like to join the server to move forward with Character Development but also to experience a new side of Roleplay, i was previously a councillor, but left. I enjoyed it thoroughly and that is what has driven me to make this application.

What are your current role(s) on the server? (If you're college, specify your degree level): On my two characters, my Primary Slot is a High School Student and my Secondary Slot is a Bachelor College student.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: My character would react civilly, offering to take a moment of my time to chat to them, and attempt to calm them down. If they need help I cannot offer as a receptionist I would advise them to make an appointment with the School Counsellor for further Guidance. If its an issue with my character, I would find out what the problem is and apologise if im in the wrong, i would try and make sure the student knows nothing said was meant personally.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: My character would see this happening and instantly get up and intervene, id call for further support through the radio to try sperate them, if this doesnt work id advise them of the consequences of such atrocious behaviour. If they still dont listen i would contact higher faculty and inform them of their attitudes!
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: I would get the other employee to step aside and explain to them what they are doing wrong and how they should act appropriately as they are on school grounds. I would guide them to make responsible ideas and not hazardous ones.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? My character would act normal, socialise with other faculty and continue to be of use if possible. If not, she would sit back and chill out enjoying her break. (Sorry this hasn't got much detail)

/me Heightened my hand in an upwards motion to the bridge of my nose, rubbing it gently as I sat with a professional body language. Id put a smile on my face to greet any oncoming students in need of guidance. In case a student did come forth, id greet them with a pleasant smile and see how I can be off help.
/me Id sit in my chair as normal, until from the corner of my eye I saw fists fly up, doing my duties, i instantly stood to my feet and made way to the brutal students. Id attempt to separate them and get in between, making it as humanly possible to stop this volatile behaviour.
/me I got up from my chair, stretching my arms out, hearing the click in my hip as i stretched outwards. I walked up to the door, opening it as i step outside, locking it behind me. A neutral smile on my face. I made sure the doors were sealed, stopping students from trespassing before going off home after a fulfilling day of work.

Backstory
Saeshi Ryu's life was always a prestigious one; studying her whole life. Through High School up to College, shed managed to ace most her exams coming out with decent grades but no real degrees. However, perhaps she could of reached higher, due to her personal issues and family problems, it in fact wore her down more than most. Her studying becoming less focused, pushing her grades down. Her time in education was her favourite time, unlike most. It was a time of peace and a place she can be free to her desires. She use to get a long with faculty, so she saw what others didn't. Their hard working, persistent mindsets, which highly influences her reasoning for wanting to join the High School Faculty in her later life. Their job seemed so chilled out too her, a time that she spent most her life doing during school. Peace. Tranquillity. All things she'd never took for gratitude, so she made it her goal to come out of Education with respectable grades and a good life. She now continues exploring her life, hoping to further develop herself as a person in the Faculty Economy as she stays determines to join them in their work.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): Had untethering respect for the High School Faculty, thus her motivation was boosted most furtherly to become apart of the intense group of workers. She'd always liked their freedom in their work and the life they got to live as a Receptionist, making both a healthy living financially and a socialising one. Shed love to socialise, which Faculty must be able to do, so she was glad a role had something she was enticed in. Making her the more motivated to go on with joining KHS.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: My calm mindset puts me further ahead than others, I am able to approach situations with a levelled head and put my all into what I do. I can deal with situations accordingly and keep my cool. My undying responsibility to take care of things forces me to remain persistent in all my accurate ideologies.
