Moreover, our duties extend to maintaining order within the school. Receptionists are the first line of defense against disruptions, promptly handling reports of misbehavior or potential conflicts. This includes collaborating with the School Leadership Team (SLT) to enforce school protocols, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for everyone.
Our responsibilities go beyond the student body. Handling calls from external entities such as the KPD or other faculty members, we act as a liaison between the school and the broader community. This includes managing visits from non-student individuals, like KPD officers. In such instances, we issue "KHS Visitor's Passes" and ensure proper documentation for security and accountability.
While maintaining professionalism is paramount, receptionists also contribute to fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere within the school.
